This beautiful property counts with a chlorine pool of 8 x 4 m and depth 1m - 1.8 m. Next to the pool you can find an lawn area with two sunbeds for relax and sunbathe. There is also a magnificent porch with a sofa and a table with chairs to enjoy outdoors meals and dinners, and you can cook in the electric barbecue, that is available for you. The finca is fenced and has total privacy since it has no neighbors nearby. This home is environmentally friendly, and uses solar power to power the entire house.

The house of 104m2 is distributed over 2 floors. There are 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed, closet and direct access to the porch with excellent views of the garden; and another bedroom with a single bed, wardrobe and garden views. The other two rooms are on the first floor, one of them with a single bed, closet and open to the dining room (this without privacy). The last room, with double bed has wardrobe and magnificent views of the garden. There are two bathrooms on the ground floor, one with bathtub and one with shower. We can provide a cot and a highchair free of charge, upon request.

The living room is open to the dining room and to the kitchen, and features a comfortable sofa, TV, wood stove, and a dinning table with chairs. The house is equipped with central heating. The kitchen with ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils so you can cook comfortably. The laundry is in the bathroom on the ground floor, there is washing machine, iron and ironing board.

In Sencelles you can sometimes hear planes passing by but the area, in general, is quiet. The village of Costitx, which is only 2.6km away, is a small town in the center of the island, traditional and mostly inhabited with local people. Just 30 minutes by car you will reach the north coast of Mallorca and we recommend you to visit beaches such as Puerto de Alcudia, Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina or Port de Pollença.

Note: The rent of this property is based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban rentals, for which the property will be available for the seasonal use. This contract does not offer any kind of tourist services to the renter and only consists of the grant of use and enjoyment of property.
