Welcome to this great villa for 6 guests with a beautiful garden, private pool and wondeful exterior corners, on the outskirts of Inca.
The exterior area of this finca is the perfect place if you are looking for peace and relax. The private chlorine pool sizes 11 x 5 metres and its water depth ranges from 1.1 to 1.8 metres. It's surrounded by 6 sunloungers and a beautiful lawn and you will be able to relax even more in the integrated jacuzzi of cold water. Then, the porch invites to enjoy a delicious BBQ with a good glass of wine.

When you enter the house, a great dining area meets you with the kitchen next, behind a large sliding door. This is equipped with a ceramic hob and all you need to cook. In order to make this house even more special, the living room is on the first floor and here, you can watch the TV-sat and admire the amazing views from the window. There is a work area next. Regarding the bedrooms, you'll find one with double bed and en-suite with shower, another with a double bed and the last one with twin beds, all on the ground floor and with air aconditioning. There's a second bathroom with a tub on this floor. A baby cot and a high-chair are available. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house offers pellet central heating.

This property is about 3.1 km from Inca and it's perfect for those who love the countryside and the peace, although still with the town nearby. Inca is a small city in the centre of the island, and with easy access from any direction and all kinds of services like bars, all kinds of restaurants (also traditional ones), shops and much more. Its traditional street market takes place every Thursday morning and you can't miss it. Playa de Muro is the nearest beach, about 22 km from the house.
