Beautiful two-storey house for 8 people, with private pool, located on the outskirts of Santa Margarita.
Enjoy the wonderful and clear views over the fields and mountains that invite you to relax and revel in while swimming in the chlorine pool. This sizes 8.5 x 4.5 metres and its depth ranges from 1.8 to 2.0 metres. By the pool, you find a furnished porch perfect for family breakfasts or to cook a barbecue in the evening and sit on the armchairs for a chat. In front of this area, there is a marvellous garden to sunbathe on one of the 7 sun loungers or play with your little ones in the playground area. There are direct neighbours.

When you enter the main floor, you find a great dining kitchen which is equipped with a gas stove. On the same floor, we have a shower bathroom and two bedrooms with a wardrobe each; one has a double bed and the other comes with two twin beds. Going upstairs there is a large sitting room where you can rest and watch satellite TV and enjoy the laughs and play of your children. It has access to a covered terrace where the landscape will amaze you. This floor offers two more bedrooms with a wardrobe, with a double bed and a fan each, and a second shower bathroom. A cot and a high chair also are available. The laundry room features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Santa Margalida is an interior and central village in the island, so you will reach any point in a reasonable period of time. This is a basically rural area, mainly inhabited by locals, so you will have the opportunity to know the authentic Mallorca. The village offers all services for an independent stay, like supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Regarding the beaches, the nearest one is Playa de Muro, about 11 km away, but we also recommend the lively beach of Puerto de Alcudia and the beauty of the beach in Puerto de Pollensa.
