Villa Can mosca

Situated in Manacor, in the East of Mallorca, this villa with private pool welcomes 6 or 7 persons.
This finca has an enormous garden to have a picknick, a family barbecue or play with the children. The private, chlorine pool has views on the countryside and measures 10m x 4,5m, with a depth between 0,7m and 1,9m. After a dip in the pool, enjoy the silence and the Mediterrenean sunhine on any of the six sun loungers. The terrain is completely fenced and there are no direct neighbors, so you will enjoy total privacy.

The living- and dining room has access to the garden and counts with two sofas and a small television with satellite TV. The kitchen opens up to the living room and counts with a gas stovetop, a dishwasher and all necessary utensils to prepare a wonderful meal. In the laundry room, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Dream away in any of the three bedrooms: two of them have two single beds each, while the third bedroom counts with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Between one of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms, there is an open area were an extra folding bed could be prepared for a 7th person. This area does not count with privacy. This second bathroom is for general use and counts with a bathtub.

If you would like to be in the countryside, but not to far from the coast, this finca is the perfect choice, as it is only a 10 minute drive away from beaches as Cala Mendia, Cala Magrana and Port de Manacor. Don't forget to visit the caves of Drach or the fisherman's village of Porto Cristo. In Manacor you will find any kind of services you might need during your stay. There, you will also find some good restaurants or cellers, to taste typical Mallorcan dishes, and the Majorica pearl factory. For some good nightlife, you can go to Cala Millor, for example.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
