Have a drink at the large porch and relax at the caribbean hammock. You can also prepare a tasty barbecue with your loved ones. If you really care about the environment, know that this house has solar panels. This authentic villa is all fenced and there are no direct neighbours.

A wood door will guide you to a dining-room, carefully decorated. Watch a film at the satellite TV or listen to some music!
The wood beams give to the house a typical majorcan atmosphere.
The elegant gas equipped kitchen disposes of all the necessary amenities you might need to prepare delicious dishes. Obviously there are a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at the laundry area.
Two bedrooms with with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower are at this floor as well.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with a double bed and two bathrooms with a bath each. All the bedrooms dispose of A/C and a wardrobe.
If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair under request. The house disposes of central heating, so you are welcome also in the winter!

The property has easy access to the Ma-14 motorway, wich takes you in a few minutes to Santanyí village. The beautiful square is perfect to have lunch or a drink, beside Sant Andreu church. You will find everything you might need during your stay at the center, like chemists, bars, shops...
Every Wednesday and Saturday, the traditional market takes place, and you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the area. Only 15 minutes driving separate you from de amazing Mondragó natural park and de idylic Mondragó cove, an ideal combination. Dont miss the beaches near by like Cala Figuera, Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombards and Caló des Moro.
For golf lovers, Vall d'Or golf course is only 15 km distance.
