Up to 10 guests are welcome to this majestic house in s'Horta, Felanitx, where a great private pool surrounded by nature and peace is waiting for you.
This wonderful villa features a really beautiful exterior area. The greenery of the trees, the plants and the lawn, together with the amazing views to the fields and the Mallorcan stone covering paths that lead to the pool and to the house building, transform this finca into a place to disconnect and enjoy the peace. You will spend nice moments in the chlorine pool which sizes 13 x 7 metres, its water depth is of 2 metres and it offers up to 10 sun loungers to sunbathe. The great porch by the pool allows you to cook outdoors in any moment of the day. Here, you will find a barbecue, a large table with room enough for the best banquet, a TV set, a fridge, sofas, etc. There is also an exterior shower bathroom.

The house, with a rustic Mallorcan style, comprises 3 floors although the top one is just a sunny terrace. On the main floor, you will find a spacious living room with a large sofa, satellite TV, fireplace, air-conditioning, access to the pool area and DVD and CD players. There even is a multi-room audio system for living rooms and bedrooms, so that you can listen to your favourite music at any corner of the house. Behind a great arch, we access the dining area with a large table for family meals. The kitchen offers ceramic hob and space to enjoy your meals right here too. There are two bedrooms on this floor, both with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (one with a shower and the other with a hydromassage tub and an independent shower). Then, you find two more bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a shower. On the first floor, you find the last bathroom with a tub and three more bedrooms, of which two of them feature two single beds and one has a double bed. All bedrooms have wardrobe, exit to a terrace and AC. The house also has central heating. The equipment is completed with two baby cots, two high chairs, as well as a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a ping pong table and a gym room with some machines.

The property and its surroundings invite to a relaxing getaway. It is located in a large plot and the rural atmosphere invites to take long walks, by feet or by bicycle, through the fields and the paths of the area. The nearest beach is the paradisaical Cala Marçal, about 7 km away, although if you follow the coastal line you will find many others. The village of Calonge, which is about 1 km away, is perfect for some shopping during your stay or to enjoy the Mallorcan traditional dishes in its bars and restaurants. Those who love golf find Vall d'Or course at about 5 km away.

From 9th November to 10th April, the heating is included to the price during 8 hours a day, from 07.00 to 09.30 am and from 18.30 pm to 00.00 am.
From 13th June to 18th September, the air conditioning is included to the price during 10 hours a day, from 09.00 pm to 07.00 am.
In case you prefer a different timetable to the mentioned above, both the heating as the air conditioning, you can ask for it. And if you would like having 24 hours or its use during another period of time, you must pay a supplement.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
