Villa Can pau - son turturell

Welcome to this beautiful villa, situated on the outskirts of the village of Búger. It accommodates 8 (+1) people.
The exterior areas are very nice. It features a chlorine pool of 10 x 5 m and a depth ranging from 1 to 1.8 m, outside shower, a fully furnished terrace, a barbecue and beautiful views of nature.

The house of 150 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 4 bedrooms; three on the ground floor (two with double bed and one with twin beds); and one on the 1st floor (with two single beds). One cot and a highchair are available on request. A folding bed can be provided if required for 1 extra person. There are 2 bathrooms on the ground floor; one with shower and one with bathtub. One of them is exterior. The living-dining room is very cozy and well furnished with one large sofa, a coffee table, a TV-Sat, a dining table with chairs and a fireplace. The independent kitchen with vitro stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

The location of the house, in the center of the island, is perfect, as you can have an easy access to any other towns and bays, and it is only 0.7 km from a small, charming town of Búger. In Sa Pobla, a larger town, only 3 km away you can find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, medical center, train and bus stop. The nearest hospital is in Inca, 10.4 km. By car, you can get to the fantastic beaches as Platja de Muro, Can Picafort, Port d'Alcúdia, Platja de Formentor and Port de Pollença. We also recommend a visit to Cala San Vincente and the town of Pollença where you can climb the 365 steps to reach the "Calvari" with magnificent view of the bay of Pollença. The area offers different routes for lovers of hiking and biking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
