Welcome to this fantastic country house for 5 people on the outskirts of the enchanting village of Selva, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. It offers a wonderful salt-water pool and beautiful views to the mountains.
Located in the interior of the island, this rustic jewel offers an enviable natural environment due to the peace that you can breath along the great variety of paths around, where you can enjoy a nice biking trip or walk. If you start your excursion early in the morning, you still will be able to enjoy the rest of the day cooling down in the wonderful salt-water pool. It sizes 8 x 3 metres and its depth ranges from 1.40 to 1.80 metres. When submerging, the pool offers some steps down, ideal to sit or even bask in the sun while the fresh water allows you to fully relax. However, maybe you do prefer to make the most of the Mediterranean sun beams and get a tan, don't you? If such is the case, just spread your towel or place one of the sun loungers on the green lawn. After a long morning biking and swimming, you can wash off under the exterior shower and light the barbecue or the wood oven, since the plan for the evening is going to get even better. The rustic furnished terrace under a thatched roof is waiting for you to have dinner al fresco after a delicious glass of wine and in total privacy, with the only company of a dreamy sunset and the lights of the village and the mountain starting to light the extraordinary landscape up.

The Mallorcan and rustic character can be felt in all throughout this beautiful 120 m2 building: in the stoned walls, the ceilings, the decor details and the robust wooden furniture. When you enter, you will be delighted with the helpful and spacious air-conditioned room where the living room, the dining area and the kitchen come together. The kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and all kitchenware you may need to cook, will allow you to prepare your favourite dishes while chatting all together and enjoying an appetiser. The dining table and the majestic TV sideboard are the main characters, no doubt. Imagine yourselves watching a TV series or film while enjoying your meals all together or resting on the comfortable sofa. The house features 3 bedrooms with a closet each that will guarantee your rest during your stay. One has a single bed, the second comes with a double bed as well as the last one, that has room enough for a cot and exit to the terrace. A high chair also is available in case you are travelling with your baby. There is one bathroom for the whole accommodation featuring a beautiful sylvan basin, a shower and a bidet. The independent laundry room presents a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Selva is a village with a breathtaking charm, well known for being at the foot of the protected Tramuntana mountain range. It is the perfect place for those who want to spend their vacation surrounded by nature and peace. The routes, paths and mountains will lead you to privileged spots like Moscari, Caimari, Campanet or the Monastery of Lluc. You cannot miss the spring of ses Fonts Ufanes in the rainy season when the underground water flows from the mountains after the strong rains. Regarding the necessary services, you will have all you may need at hand like bars, supermarkets, restaurants and much more. Even more services to be found in Inca and, of course, the traditional street market taking place every Thursday. On the other hand, if you are fond of going to the beach, the nearest one is just 30 km away, about 20 minutes drive from the property. It is the beach of Puerto de Alcudia with white sand and crystalline waters. In case you want to discover the area of Lluc, we recommend you visiting the pebbled cove of Cala Tuent or the fabulous Sa Calobra.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
