Wonderful town house with a Mallorcan style, private pool and capacity for 8 guests in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar.
The courtyard of this village house is great! A simple chlorine 3.5 m2 pool with a 1.2 metres depth and surrounded by wood is the protagonist of the back terrace, and the beautiful porch is perfect to enjoy delicious barbecued meats and a glass of wine together with the soft breeze and the peace around.
The two-storey house, with a charming decoration and style, offers a great living area -with AC, Smart TV and wood stove-, perfect for a nap on the large sofa. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob and a bar with stools, comes after a great arch, as well as the dining area with a large crystal table. A shower bathroom completes this floor. Another bathtub bathroom and the 4 bedrooms can be found upstairs. Two of them come with two twin beds and a closet. The other two bedrooms offer a double bed each of them, although one has a wardrobe and the other features a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage bathtub. Two of the four bedrooms have access to the top terrace. A cot and a high chair also are available, as well as 3 fans. There is oil central heating for the winter season. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The house has an easy access to the eastern beaches like Sa Coma -the nearest one about 13 km away- or Cala Millor, Costa des Pins and Cala Ratjada. At the same time, there are some villages not far away like Artà, Capdepera or Son Servera which are worth a visit. Manacor offers all public services as well as shops and restaurants, where you will enjoy the best of the Mallorcan cuisine.
