Charming villa divided in 2 buildings, and located in the countryside of Llubí. The main building has 2 floors, and the second one is where the main kitchen is located. It overlooks the countryside and 5 people, plus 2 additional spaces (at no additional cost) can comfortably be accommodated.

In the exterior of the property there is 1 chlorine 8x4m pool with a depth ranging from 1.2m up to 2.2m. It also has 1 outdoor shower and 1 children's pool where kids can safely cool off, always under adult supervision. Around the pool you have access to a total of 6 sunbeds where you can relax while sunbathing. The garden has a total paved surface of 550m2 (which includes the parking area), as well as an area where you will find a variety of fruit trees and chickens. This property is divided in 2 different buildings: one, where the main kitchen, which is open, is; and the other, where the living room, bedrooms and a small kitchen are located. In the building where there is the main furnished kitchen, you will find a 30m2 porch where you can disconnect enjoying fantastic evenings with your loved ones. The property’s fixed barbecue is in the main kitchen area; thanks to it, you will be able to impress your guests with your culinary creations. In the exterior of the property you have access to a total of 4 parking spots for your vehicles and the privacy offered by the property is complete.

Upon entering the building where the bedrooms are located, you will find the living room with fireplace and air conditioning. In this room you can relax watching satellite TV, reading a good book or enjoy endless after-eating talks with your loved ones. In this building there is a small furnished kitchen with electric stove where you can make any dish you want. There are a total of 3 bedrooms in this property, one of them on the GF with 1 single bed, and the other 2 on 1st F with 1 double bed. 1 of the rooms with double bed has air conditioning and, in case you need it, you have access to 1 extra space on a folding bed at no additional cost. There are a total of 2 bathrooms, 1 in each building; 1 on the main building’s 1st F, and the other in the main kitchen’s building; both with shower. If you need it, you have access to 1 crib for younger children, 2 fans, and air conditioning in the living room and in 1 of the bedrooms. The other building of the property has a fully equipped kitchen in which, among other things, you will find the property’s fix barbecue and everything you need to dazzle your guests. The laundry area is in the kitchen and it features 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board.

This property is located in the town of Llubí. Among other things, this town stands out for its remains of the Talayotic period, which we recommend visiting. Llubí is surrounded by 2 of the most important towns of the island, Inca and Sa Pobla. Sa Pobla, which is 8km away, is known for being one of the "vegetable gardens" of Mallorca, so you can find all kinds of high quality fruits and vegetables sold by the farmers who grow them themselves. In this town there is a market on Sundays and, there, you can find all kinds of traditional products of the island, as well as clothes and other items. Moreover, Inca, located about 14km away, is known for its leather tradition and, there, you will find all kinds of high quality leather goods. Thursday market is the most important market in Inca and there will have access to a great variety of local products. If you just want to enjoy a sandy beach, about 18km away there is Ca'n Picafort and there you will have the opportunity to enjoy practicing a variety of water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing or jet skis. Ca’n Picafort is known for its great tourist atmosphere, so there you have access to all amenities and entertainment both during the day and at night.
