We absolutely loved this house. In fact we rarely went down to the beach simply because it was so relaxing to stay at the villa. The pool area is lovely, with extending awnings to provide some shade and plenty of recliners (there were extra in the garage area. There are several outdoor dining areas and we used them all during the course of our stay. The owner had thoughtfully provided a grill with charcoal and matches etc. and you can buy amazing fresh fish in the nearby supermarkets (Lidl/Mercadona). We grilled almost every evening we were there, and to go with the fresh fish there were ripe lemons literally falling from lemon trees on the property. The kids loved the pool/billiards table and we played there often. The internet was pretty good too, we took a HDMI cable with us and cood watch Swedish Netflix using a laptop. There was cable TV but we could only find german channels. The beach is gorgeous and about 10 mins walk from the house. 50 meters from the house is a handy large car park which has the local bus stop to everywhere and even the Cala Millor market (mondays I think until 1pm) so the villa is ideally situated. There is a large all-inclusive hotel nearby that provides an evening entertainment show for the kids which you will also get to enjoy because of it's nearness. It's not annoying though, rather charming and amusing. I noticed some of our kids had started to sing along to their signature tunes. The owner was a lovely lady and we got a chance to meet her in the middle of our stay when a team turned up to clean the pool, change sheets and towels etc. Note that you don't rent the whole house, just the entire top floor (with it's own entrance) and the grounds, pool area etc. The ground floor seems to be a self-contained apartment (granny-pad) that was closed off. There was nobody living in the house except us the whole time we were there, but I don't know if this is always the case - it would be worth checking.

This awesome villa with pool and spacious garden is located in the tranquil part of Cala Millor, only 700 m away from the beach. It has capacity for up to 8 people.
The exteriors of the villa are fantastic: on the 1900 m2 square meter site of the property you will find lots of plants and trees, including fruit trees. Step outside and enjoy the Majorcan sun on one of the terraces or furnished porches. Why not have a BBQ dinner under the stars? The 6 x 14 m pool is the particular gem of the villa. Do some lengths or just relax on one of the sun loungers next to the pool.
All rooms are on the first floor as the ground floor is closed and inhabited. The villa has a tastefully decorated living room: the elegant furnishing and equipment will leave nothing to be desired. It is a perfect place where you can relax on the comfy sofas, read a good book, watch satellite TV or surf the internet. The kitchen is completely equipped. You will find all the utensils you may need in order to cook your favorite meals while you enjoy the view of the garden. You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has 4 spacious bedrooms, all with garden view. There are two bedrooms with double bed and 2 with twin beds. Furthermore, one of the rooms with double bed has an en-suite bathroom, too. Every bedroom has enough space for a crib. There is another bathroom with bath tub. In winter, the central heating and the 2 fire places generate a warm and cozy atmosphere. In summer you just have to open the windows and let in the crisp sea breeze. Additionally, there are 4 fans that can be used as needed.
Cala Millor is a nice residential area in the east of Majorca with a huge variety of beaches and small “calas” (coves). Cala Millor is only 700 m away from the house. The town of Son Servera is 5 km away and has many traditional restaurants. You will like to see Artà and Capdepera, two villages with a warm and welcoming medieval flair. In Porto Cristo you will find the Coves del Drach, a “must” when you visit this area of Mallorca. If you like golf, tennis or paddle, you are lucky! In a ratio of 15 km you will find up to 5 golf courses (Golf Son Servera, Pula Golf Club, Golf Canyamel, Golf Capdepera und Rotana Golf) as well as a paddle and tennis club. If you prefer to ride a bicycle you can do some lovely trips to Artà chapel or the lighthouse in Cala Ratjada.

3 guests reviewed this property. “We had the most perfect stay at Maria’s beautiful villa in Cala Millor, Mallorca! The villa is spacious and nice, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms in the second floor (which is the part of the villa we rented, but also possible to rent the first floor for the same group/family). We were one family with two children and two sets of grandparents - 8 persons in total. The bathrooms are refurbished, so they did not look anything like in the photos. The garden is truly amazing with its lemon, lime and olive trees and a big pool that we used all day. It is just a few minutes walk to the supermarket, restaurants and the beach. The owner, Maria, is very friendly and sweet (communicates in Spanish). We could also communicate through the agency. There were a couple of kitchen items missing or not functioning, which were purchased by the owner right away after our notice. The owner even stopped by during the week to change sheets and towels for us - much appreciated. We are already talking about returning to this villa. Highly recommended!”
See more Jättefint stort hus med stor trädgård med fikonträd, olivträd, apelsiner etc. Detta känns exotiskt för en frusen nordbo. Möblemang och utrustning helt ok. Fin stor pool.Dock var diskmaskinen dålig (blev ej rent och vi fick diska för hand, inte vad man vill på semestern då man är 6 personer) och korkskruv samt strykjärn saknades.
