Welcome to this spectacular villa on the outskirts of Son Servera with private pool, dream-like exteriors and the beach only 7 km away. It sleeps 6+2 people.
The exterior area of this villa is a paradise. The beautiful house is surrounded by idyllic corners. You'll find a garden, several terraces and porches, either outdoors or glazed, perfect for your breakfast or BBQs. In fact, the main porch is ideal for that in both the cold and the hot days, since there's a wood stove and a sitting area for a drink after your banquet. The best is that this villa offers a great salt water private pool that sizes 12 x 4 metres and has a water depth that ranges from 1 to 1.6 metres where you can swim and sunbathe on the 14 sunloungers around or play table tennis.
The house has a comfortable living room with TV-SAT and A/C. Then you enter the kitchen, equipped with induction cooker and a small dining area, as the real dining room is on the porch. The laundry room has a tumble dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms with double bed, A/C and wardrobe. Two of them are on the ground floor and the last one upstairs. Up to 2 extra people can be accommodated in the property, using two extra beds. There are three bathrooms in the property, two of them en suite. In addition, two have a shower, while another has a shower and bathtub. Three cots, three high chairs, 4 fans and 6 wall radiators complete the equipment.
The property is located 7 km from the town of Son Servera, where you have all needed services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The nearest beach is the one in Porto Cristo, only 7.2 km away, and the nearest golf course -Pula Golf- is only 7.9 km away.
Pets are welcome paying an extra fee.
The annex in front of the house will remain closed.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

See more Die Gastgeberin Juana ist eine absolut liebenswerte Person, so freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Traumhaft schönes Anwesen!! Riesiger Garten mit Zitronenbäume, Obstbäume und Kräuter die man benutzen darf. Einen Tischtennistisch, ein paar Räder und sogar Hühner gibt es, die gelegentlich Eier legen. Sehr viele tolle Sitzmöglichkeiten auch mit Hängematten. Perfekte Lage, nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von Cala Millor und Sa Coma entfernt. Eine kleine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt mit dem Rad in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist absolut ausgezeichnet, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
The host Juana is an absolutely lovely person, so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We immediately felt at home. Fantastically beautiful property!! Huge garden with lemon trees, fruit trees and herbs that you can use. There is a table tennis table, a few bikes and even chickens that occasionally lay eggs. Lots of great seating options including hammocks. Perfect location just 10 minutes by car from Cala Millor and Sa Coma. A small bakery and a supermarket can be reached by bike in a few minutes. The accommodation is absolutely excellent, we would love to come back!

Es gab Zitronenbäume und einen Kräutergarten, an welchen wir uns bedienen durften. Besonders hervor zu heben ist die Liebe Gastgeberin Joana - so eine nette und herzliche Frau! Sie hat uns super lieb empfangen, war immer erreichbar und hat und mit vielen Tipps versorgt. Der einzige Kritikpunkt: die angebende Adresse hat uns mit dem navi in einen anderen Ort geführt. War etwas ärgerlich. Wir haben uns dann von AirBnB den genauen Standort schicken lassen und dann haben wir es gefunden.
A super nice holiday home and lots of space. The location is great - the neighbors are far away, so even loud music doesn't bother anyone. There were lemon trees and a herb garden that we were allowed to help ourselves to. Particularly noteworthy is the lovely host Joana - such a nice and warm woman! She welcomed us very warmly, was always available and provided us with lots of tips. The only point of criticism: the address provided took us to a different location with the sat nav. Was a bit annoying. We then had AirBnB send us the exact location and then we found it.
