You will be able to disconnect and relax, forgetting about daily stress in this fantastic property in the countryside which boasts a refreshing chlorine pool sizing 7 x 4 metres and with 1.5 metres depth. By the pool, you will find an area of sunbeds for each guest to sunbathe or read a book under the pergola. Then a grass area where you can spread the towel and play with the little ones and a shower where washing off the sand after a beach day. By the house you will also find a fantastic furnished porch with a seating area to have a drink in the evening and a wonderful dining table for 8 people where you will enjoy lunches, dinners and barbecues outdoors. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

This is a 170 m2 one storeyed house. It has been decorated in a simple and comfortable way so that you can feel at home. The dining room is very spacious and luminous, and it has access to the garden. There you will not only watch the satellite television but also play a table football match or keep fit with the stationary bicycle. The dining table welcomes 6 people. By the table, the sliding doors open to the fully equipped kitchen, including a ceramic hob and a table for 4 people where you can prepare breakfasts in the morning. There are 4 bedrooms, two with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. All of them are air-conditioned and have a closet. One of the double bed bedrooms has also an en-suite shower bathroom. There is another bathroom with a shower and a tub for the rest of the house. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high-chair are also available. The house features central heating for the winter season as well as a laundry with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

This modern and comfortable house is located in a quiet environment. The village is only 5.3 km away from the house and there you will find restaurants and grocery shops. You can also go to Can Picafort, where apart from the fantastic beach, you will find all services you may need for an independent stay, shops, restaurants, and a great street market on Friday morning. You can also visit Puerto de Alcudia which presents an important leisure offer, or have a long walk along the beautiful promenade in Puerto de Pollensa.
