Discover the island from the inside, between the locals, in this romantic mountain village in the centre of Mallorca. The pool features beautiful views on the mountain and the village of Caimari. It is a chlorine pool of 9,5m x 5m, and a depth ranging from 0,9m to 1,7m. Laying back on one of the sun loungers beside the pool, you will feel like paradise. Freshen up and wash off the chlorine under the exterior shower. There is a barbecue and a porch to provide some shade, for a good book or a tasty outdoor dinner with your family. There are direct neighbors, although the situation of the garden provides privacy.

This spacious house is distributed over 2 floors. From the street, we enter in a first, simple living room, with two sofas and two arm chairs, to enjoy a typical siesta or some relaxed conversation. On this floor, we also find 3 of the 6 bedrooms: one of them with two single beds and two with a double bed (one even has an en-suite bathroom with a shower). There is one bathroom with bath tub for general use, on the ground floor.

Ascending the stairs, we reach the main living- and dining room. Here, we find two more sofas, counting with satellite TV and a DVD-player, providing ideal place to watch a good movie with your family. In the dining area, there is an extensible dining table for up to 10 persons. In the adjoining kitchen, there is another dining table for 6 persons. The kitchen counts with a vitro hob, a dishwasher and everything you might need to cook some delicious dishes during your stay. The kitchen counts with access to the garden and the pool.

On the first floor, there are 3 more bedrooms: one with a double bed, access to the garden and the pool, and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bath tub, while the other two bedrooms count with 2 single beds each. All bedrooms count with a wardrobe and the whole house is equipped with air conditioning and wifi. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair, without any additional cost. The house counts with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

Caimari is one of the romantic villages at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountain Range, declared World Heritage Status by UNESCO since 2011, as an area of great physical and cultural significance. In the village, you will find a small grocery store, for your basic necessities, while Inca offers bigger supermarkets and lots of shops and restaurants. The third Sunday in November, the village celebrates its’ Olive Fair, with the streets beautifully decorated and full of little stands with local products, highlighting Caimari’s local olive oil. In any other moment of the year, Caimari provides a quiet and relaxed hideaway for hikers, cyclists, mountain climbers and other sports- and nature lovers. A charming, cobbled path leads us in about 2,5 hours up, to the Sanctuary of Lluc (with its beautiful church, its museum and its Sunday morning children’s choir), and from which you can choose many other hiking trails, of various levels. By car, you can reach the Sanctuary in about 15 minutes. If you follow the same road further up, you can either visit Sa Calobra, with its cove between the cliffs, accessible by a single winding road, featuring many hairpin bends and a spiral bridge, or you can visit the artificial water reservoir of Cúber and drive on to Sóller. If, instead, you prefer a day on the beach, you can reach beautiful, white sandy beaches as Port d’Alcúdia, within only a half hour drive.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
