Besides the paved area, the property has a spectacular 2000m2 lawn area and fruit trees; all completely fenced in. As a whole, the house has 1 20m2 furnished porch, where you can enjoy wonderful evenings outdoors, and 1 40m2 furnished terrace, which can be accessed through the set of stairs in one side of the house. The property’s garden also features a fixed barbecue and a traditional wood oven where you can cook from any type of meat to a delicious pizza. The property’s privacy is complete and has outdoor parking for 5 cars.

If you just want to relax, the living room of this property is ideal. In it, you can relax watching satellite TV or through a good read. In the furnished, elegant dining room you can enjoy unforgettable meals and dinners with your loved ones. If you prefer to make cultural visits and enjoy all kinds of daytime and evening entertainment, 40 km away you will discover the wonderful city of Palma. One of the recommended visits is the cathedral, also called "La Seu", which is the only Gothic church located on the seafront, and also the one with the largest rosette of this characteristic style.
