Stylish country house in Ruberts, in the centre of Majorca, with private pool, garden and capacity for 6 people.
This house is an stylish and good taste oasis which includes all comforts to spend an unforgettable vacation. You can start the day with a dip in the private chlorine pool sizing 8 x 3 metres and with a 1.4 metres depth. Afterwards, you can sunbathe on one of the three sunbeds while children play at the garden. The porch features views of the pool and it includes modern furniture for 6 people. You can also prepare a delicious barbecue or a light snack. The property is fenced and there are not neighbours around.

The single storey house has a fresh and current style and it is equipped with satellite TV. The living - dining room offers a comfortable space to take a siesta or have a seat around the table, sharing laughs and chatting. A flight of stairs leads to the kitchen with a minimalist style but well equipped, including an induction hob, cutlery, a dishwasher, a high chair, as well as a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Each bedroom has a unique style. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. It also has access to the terrace and room enough for an extra bed and a cot. The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds each, and on of them has also a door leading to the terrace. Only one of the bedroom has a wardrobe, meanwhile the other two present a clothes rack or a drawer. There is another shower bathroom for the rest of the house. The house offers air-conditioning for summer with heating system for the winter season in the living room, kitchen and all bedrooms.

This villa is located in the little village of Ruberts which can be found in the centre of the island. You will find all you need for an independent stay in Sineu, like for instance, supermarkets, restaurants, and the famous street market that takes place on Wednesdays. You can visit the Cura Sanctuary in Randa, go to have lunch to a Majorca "celler" in Vilafranca de Bonany or Petra, and play golf in Son Antem course, near Llucmajor. A var is necessary to move around - mainly to visit the beautiful beaches!!! like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Cala Millor or Es Trenc.
