Villa Can rubi

Welcome to this wonderful house located in ses Covetes, belonging to the municipality of Campos. With a beautiful private pool it offers accommodation to 4 guests.
This is a very special accommodation since it is placed on a sandy piece of land. You will find the beautiful chlorine pool in front of the house and it sizes 6 x 3 metres while its water depth goes from 1.1 to 1.8 metres -perfect to fight the heat after sunbathing on one of the 4 sun loungers. However, in order to enjoy a nice dip in the water you can also walk a few minutes through the path that starts at the property till you reach the great beach. When coming back, you can wash the sand and the salt off under the spray of the exterior shower and then enjoy a delicious banquet or a good wine under the porch. Please note that there are several neighbours around the house who use the same access, which extends from the entrance, through in front of the house, to the end of the path, which continues behind the house.

The beach style inside creates a relaxing and quiet atmosphere. The great living-dining room welcomes our guests and it is equipped with TV-Sat and air-conditioning and is open to the kitchen. This is fully equipped and offers a gas stove, oven, coffee maker and all you can need to cook as if you were at home. The bathroom of the house has a shower and there are two bedrooms with a double bed and a closet each where you can rest. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your children. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are outside.

The paradisaical and stunning beach of es Trenc is only 1.1 km away. The crystalline water, the dune system and the white sand will amaze you. There are several beach bars to enjoy an appetiser right there. If you want to go shopping or to enjoy dinner outside you can head to Campos or the coastal area of Colonia de Sant Jordi where the enlightened harbour at night is perfect for a romantic walk.

It is completely forbidden to light a fire due to the location in a forest area.
Pets are welcome. In addition you will find free hens and wild cats within the property.
There is exterior parking for 2 cars.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
