Wir waren begeistert von der wunderschönen und sehr sauberen Finca, die die auf der Homepage beschriebenen Erwartungen noch übertroffen hat. Es gab überall ein kleines Plätzchen um sich zurückziehen zu können. Wir hatten WLAN, es gab 6 Sonnenliegen und überaus freundliche Gastgeber. Zwar mussten wir uns über den Neffen verständigen, da der Vermieter kein Englisch kann, aber das haben wir alles wunderbar hinbekommen. Es war auch alles im Mietvertrag festgelegt. Der sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Vermieter kommt fast jeden Morgen einmal vorbei um die Blumen zu gießen; aber das haben wir meistens nur daran gemerkt, dass frische Eier für uns bereit gelegen haben. Die frischen Zitronen und Kräuter aus dem Garten konnten wir ebenfalls unbegrenzt nutzen und der Grill war sogar mit Grillkohle ausgestattet. Wenn man einen Mietwagen gebucht hat (sehr zu empfehlen) dann erreicht man in 5-10 Minuten Inca mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Unter einer Stunde ist man an fast allen Küstenregionen auf der ganzen Insel. Lloseta ist daher ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für uns gewesen. Wir waren das erste Mal auf der Insel und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Wenn die Finca frei ist, auch gerne wieder dort.

Welcome to this beautiful rural house on the outskirts of Lloseta, from where you can see the Tramuntana mountains.
The house exteriors are fabulous. There is a pool of 8 x 4 m, with a minimum depth of 0.9 m and a maximum depth of 2.10 m, six deck-chairs to relax, and a small garden where children can play and have fun. You can also enjoy the variety of fruit trees planted on the property: fig, orange, apple, etc. For foodies, there is a barbecue underneath a small porch, where you can cook delicious dishes. There is a large porch of 30 m2 fully-equipped with a table and chairs and a bench with a table. In the exteriors you will find a small house which is kept closed.
The interiors of this ground-floor house of 150 m2 are very nice, and accommodates up to 6 people. There are three bedrooms, all with a double bed and countryside views (one bedroom has air conditioning). Two cots are availability in case you need them. There are two bathrooms with shower to serve the whole house. The cosy living room is ideal for relaxing while watching TV by the fireplace. The dining room is fully-equipped with a table, chairs and a sofa. The separate kitchen, with glass-ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils to cook. The washing machine is in the kitchen. There is an iron and an ironing board.
Lloseta is a village located in the Tramuntana. It is a few km from Inca, a town where you will find everything you need for your stay: bars, restaurants, pubs, local shops, international shops, crafts, banks, pharmacies, hospital, sports centres, etc. Every Thursday, a large market is held around Inca’s main streets, full of textiles, fruits, vegetables, homemade sausages, ceramics, etc.
Just a 30-minute drive away, you will reach Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Can Picafort, two great spots to enjoy their beaches, eat at restaurants, see the sunset, or just walk around the Can Picafort’s promenade to the port. Nearby there are also the areas of Port d’Alcúdia and Pollença.

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Alles ist sehr sauber und es gibt gutes WLAN. Es kam jeden Tag früh jemand, um den Pool zu reinigen und die Blumen zu gießen, das war aber überhaupt nicht störend. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in Inca (5min Auto), die nächste hübsche Stadt mit Restaurants ist Binissalem (5min Auto). Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen, man hat viel Platz und kann sich super am Pool entspannen. Allerdings ist ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen, auch wenn man von Lloseta aus mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreisen kann.
