Welcome to this beautiful town house with private pool and room for 6 people. It is located in the centre of sa Pobla.
The terrace of this great two-storey house is no doubt the favourite place of our guests. The warmth offered by the high stone walls, that surround the amazing pool, transforms the space in a real paradise, in a magazine image, within town. The chlorine pool sizes 6.5 x 3.35 metres and it has a water depth of 1.53 metres. Around the pool you will find the exterior shower, 4 sun loungers to bask in the sun or enjoy an interesting reading and a great exterior table with chairs for your barbecues and long evenings.
The recently renewed house boasts a well-cared modern style. It offers an open-plan main floor with the living, dining room and kitchen sharing the same air-conditioned space. Here you can sit and relax while watching the satellite TV and rest after enjoying an appetiser and a delicious meal cooked on the induction top. Then you find 3 bedrooms with closet and AC. One has twin beds and is located still on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms are upstairs -one with a double bed and terrace and the other with twin beds. We will provide a baby cot and a high chair if your are travelling with your baby. You also have two bathrooms in the house, both with a shower, one on each level. Finally, a washing machine, iron and ironing board complete the equipment and are located at the terrace.
The house is located within the town of sa Pobla. Here we invite you to visit the town square in the centre and the great bars and restaurants of traditional cuisine and tapas. The street market takes place on Sunday morning and here you can buy fruits and vegetables and other local products. The train station and bus stop are also nearby, about 1 km away. The nearest beach is the one of Playa de Muro, about 11 km away, although this is a spectacular beach of white sand and crystal-clear water skirting several kilometres along the coast, a natural wonder! And if you like playing golf, the course of Pollensa is about the same distance away.

Le logement était bien fermé et profitait de 2 terrasses très agréables. Le logement est fonctionnel et bien décoré. On s'y sent bien. Les lits et le linge de toilette étaient très propres et en nombre suffisant. A notre arrivée une corbeille de fruits frais ainsi que des boissons dans le frigo, nous ont beaucoup faits plaisir. Le matériel pour cuisiner était assez restreint, idem pour les couverts. Un peu dommage.
The accommodation was well closed and benefited from 2 very pleasant terraces. The accommodation is functional and well decorated. We feel good there. The beds and bathroom linen were very clean and in sufficient quantity. On our arrival, a basket of fresh fruit and drinks in the fridge made us very happy. Cooking equipment was quite limited, the same for cutlery. A bit of a shame.

Homerti was able to respond quickly to our requests and helped us with our somewhat chaotic end of stay following the cancellation of our return boat.

Can Serra is a perfect base for a holiday in the North East of Mallorca (though it's helpful to have a car). The house is very clean and well presented. The owner was helpful and attentive throughout our stay; we were greeted with a 'welcome pack' of fruit, wine and milk. Following a storm we had issues with the WiFi due to local damage to the network, but the owner took time to speak to the internet provider and kept us updated on when the problem would be fixed. They also serviced the pool / pool area twice during our week-long stay, which meant it remained spotlessly clean (even leaving us fresh pastries when they visited). Sa Pobla is a quiet working town, not one Mallorca's typical tourist destinations - however supermarkets, shops and restaurants are all a short walk or drive from the house. Alcudia, Playa De Muro and Can Picafort beaches are each just a 20 minute drive away. Palma and the south of the island are approx 45 mins away. A stay here is highly recommended if you're happy to be away from island's resorts, but close enough if you're looking to visit them.Parking is on-street parking. Most days we were able to find a spot immediately by the property, however there were occasions when we had to park further away (though never more than a 1-2 minute walk). As another review also noted, there is only one key for the property. This was inconvenient at times for a family of our size. Would recommend the owners consider making a second key available.

See more I liked: Schickes Haus, moderner Zustand und alles soweit in Ordnung. Letzte Renovierung ist noch nicht lang her. Ein Bettlaken war anfangs dreckig, wurde aber innerhalb einer Stunde problemlos getauscht. Zwischendurch wurde der Pool gereinigt und Frühstück von den Eigentümern hinterlassen I did not like: Nichts negatives
I liked: Chic house, modern condition and everything is in order. The last renovation wasn't long ago. One bed sheet was initially dirty, but was easily changed within an hour. In between, the pool was cleaned and breakfast was left by the owners I didn't like: Nothing negative

Sa Pobla is a cute little place. It was really nice to have cafes, bakeries, supermarkets and a central square all within walking distance. See more Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich schön und war für unsere Familie mit ingesamt fünf Erwachsenen eine ideale Unterkunft. Da wir ohne Auto unterwegs waren, haben wir gezielt in Sa Pobla gesucht, da man von dort mit dem Bus und der Bahn einen sehr großen Aktionsradius hat. Die Anreise dorthin war unkompliziert und auch zwischendurch spührten wir die Aufmerksamkeit der Vermieter (am Tag der Poolreinigung fanden wir zum Frühstück eine Tüte mit frischen Croissants vor). Das Haus liegt in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums von Sa Pobla, das auch abends im positiven Sinne belebt ist und auch sonst ist alles (u.B. kleinere Supermärkte in der Nähe) fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist ruhig gelegen. Schade, dass wir im Pool aufgrund der kalten Wassertemperaturen nur unsere Füße baden konnten. Im Sommer wird man sein Vorhandensein genießen.
The holiday home is really beautiful and was ideal accommodation for our family of five adults. Since we didn't have a car, we specifically looked in Sa Pobla, as there is a very large radius of action by bus and train from there. Getting there was uncomplicated and we also felt the landlord's attention from time to time (on the day of the pool cleaning we found a bag of fresh croissants for breakfast). The house is close to the city center of Sa Pobla, which is also lively in the evenings and everything else (including smaller supermarkets nearby) is within walking distance. The house itself is in a quiet location. It's a shame that we could only bathe our feet in the pool due to the cold water temperatures. In summer you will enjoy its presence.

All. Very clean, very comfortable, very pretty. The host was great, there were a couple of incidents that he resolved immediately and he was always available for any questions. He also had several details with us.

We hebben hier een heerlijke week doorgebracht. Het huis is 3 jaar geleden volledig gerenoveerd. Ruim, luxe, stijlvol. Fantastisch lekker zwembad. Alles super schoon. Bij aankomst stond er een fruitmand en een fles wijn. Na de wekelijkse zwembadschoonmaak, waar je niets van door hebt, omdat hij om 07:00 al plaatsvind, lag er een zak met verse broodjes op de buitentafel. We hadden op de laatste dag even geen waterdruk, binnen een half uur was de eigenaar, die zelf in Muro woont, aanwezig en loste het probleem op. Niets dan lof voor dit heerlijke luxe vakantiehuis met zwembad op een ruim kwartier met de auto van Alcudia en Muro.
We spent a wonderful week here. The house was completely renovated 3 years ago. Spacious, luxurious, stylish. Fantastic nice swimming pool. Everything super clean. Upon arrival there was a fruit basket and a bottle of wine. After the weekly pool cleaning, which you don't notice because it already takes place at 7:00 am, there was a bag of fresh rolls on the outside table. We had no water pressure on the last day, but within half an hour the owner, who lives in Muro, was present and solved the problem. Nothing but praise for this wonderful luxury holiday home with swimming pool, just over fifteen minutes by car from Alcudia and Muro.

See more Die Unterkunft ist super modern und stylisch, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Alles war sehr sauber, viele frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind super gastfreundlich und stellten zur Begrüßung einen Obstkorb, sowie ein paar Lebensmittel fürs erste Frühstück bereit. Zweimal die Woche wurde morgens der Pool gereinigt. Dies erfolgte so früh, dass man als Urlauber nichts davon mitbekam. Hin und wieder wurden dabei weitere Aufmerksamkeiten hinterlassen. Wir haben selten eine so große Gastfreundschaft erlebt, ohne dass der Gastgeber dabei aufdringlich war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

This happened so early that holidaymakers didn't notice anything about it. Every now and then further attention was left behind. We have rarely experienced such great hospitality without the host being intrusive. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the house with a clear conscience.

Alles, besonders die Überraschungen der Eigentümer. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub und ausschlaggebend war sicher die Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut.

Für uns war das Haus perfekt für 6 Personen. Die Lage ist super, mitten im Ort, zu Fuß sind sehr gute Cafes und Restaurants schnell erreichbar, Parkplätze haben wir immer vor dem Haus gefunden. Der nächste Strand ist 11 km entfernt (Playa de Muro). Flughafen ca. 35 Min. Fahrt, Palma ca. 30 Min. Alles ist neu, Küche komplett ausgestattet bis hin zur Waschmaschine alles vorhanden, toller Pool, super Wlan. Sehr netter Vermieter, der uns mit Kuchen und Wein überrascht hat. Alles lief reibungslos und ohne Probleme ab. Jederzeit wieder!
For us the house was perfect for 6 people. The location is great, right in the middle of town, very good cafes and restaurants are within walking distance, we always found parking spaces in front of the house. The nearest beach is 11 km away (Playa de Muro). Airport about 35 minutes drive, Palma about 30 minutes. Everything is new, kitchen fully equipped including washing machine, great pool, great WiFi. Very nice landlord who surprised us with cake and wine. Everything went smoothly and without any problems. Any time!
See more «Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus von Familie Serra. Das Haus ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet eine optimale technische Ausstattung. Man fühlt sich direkt zuhause. Der Pool im Hofbereich lädt zum Chillen ein und rundet den Urlaubstag ab. Dank der sehr guten Tipps der Familie Serra waren wir vor Ort gut versorgt. In weniger als 5 Autominuten sind ein Lidl, ein Eroski Supermarkt zu erreichen und morgens kann man zu Fuß eine exzellente Bäckerei erreichen, wo man alles und mehr findet, um sich zu verwöhnen. Abends haben wir dann oft eines der zahlreichen Restaurants am Plaza Major (auch zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar) besucht und dort den Tag in einer tollen typischen mallorquinischen Atmosphäre ausklingen lassen. Von Sa Pobla aus lassen sich alle schönen Plätze im Nord-Osten der Insel innerhalb kürzester Zeit mit dem Auto erreichen, so dass man sowohl die Strände als auch die landschaftlichen Höhepunkte in unmittelbarer Nähe hat. An dieser Stelle noch einmal großes Dankeschön an die Familie Serra, dass wir das wunderschöne Haus bewohnen konnten und einen tollen Urlaub genießen durften - wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und werden es weiterempfehlen.»
«We had a wonderful stay in the Serra family's holiday home. The house is very modern and tastefully furnished and offers optimal technical equipment. You feel right at home. The pool in the courtyard area invites you to chill out and rounds off your day on vacation. Thanks to the very good tips from the Serra family, we were well looked after on site. In less than 5 minutes by car you can reach a Lidl, an Eroski supermarket and in the morning you can walk to an excellent bakery where you will find everything and more to pamper yourself. In the evenings we often visited one of the numerous restaurants in Plaza Major (also easily accessible on foot) and ended the day there in a great, typical Mallorcan atmosphere. From Sa Pobla, all the beautiful places in the north-east of the island can be reached within a very short time by car, so that you have both the beaches and the scenic highlights in the immediate vicinity. At this point, a big thank you again to the Serra family for allowing us to live in the beautiful house and enjoy a great holiday - we felt very comfortable there and will recommend it to others.»

See more Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist komplett neu. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt mitten in einer gewachsenen Siedlungstruktur, ruhig und fernab vom Tourismus. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut. Drei Supermärkte, darunter ein Lidl, sind in der Nähe. Für unseren Wanderurlaub ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Zum Strand sind es ca. 11 km, zum Flughafen fährt man über die Autobahn ca. 30 Min.
The furnishings of the house are completely new. It is very well equipped and is located in the middle of a mature settlement structure, quiet and far away from tourism. The shopping opportunities are good. Three supermarkets, including a Lidl, are nearby. A good starting point for our hiking holiday. It is approx. 11 km to the beach and approx. 30 minutes to the airport via the motorway.

(+) Las instalaciones en general son nuevas. Cuenta con una espectacular piscina. Se encuentra en un pueblo muy tranquilo, que tiene una plaza con muchos restaurantes, siendo agradable ir a cenar. Personal no vimos, pero llegaron a limpiar la piscina y no hacen ruido. En general recomiendo esta casa. Muchas gracias por la fruta que nos dejaron de bienvenida.(-) Por poner una pega, le falta por ejemplo trapos de cocina. Supongo que ahora por el tema de Covid 19 no dejan jabón, ni artículos de limpieza.

We didn't see any staff, but they came to clean the pool and didn't make any noise. In general I recommend this house. Thank you very much for the fruit you left us to welcome us.
