Villa Can suau

Welcome to this fantastic villa with a wonderful private salt swimming pool, located at Son Mesquida,near Felanitx at the south-west of Majorca, is ideal for 6-8 people.
The 15mx4.5m salt water swimming pool, with a depth between 1.1m to 1.9m, is the highlight of the house. After a refreshing bath, you can also take a shower outside. The outdoors invite you to sunbathe, maybe drinking a fresh gin and tonic. There are two furnished porches, one of them with a barbecue where you can prepare wonderful meals. This lovely villa is totally private and has some neighbours around the area.

On the ground floor you will find a rustic but modern decorated welcoming living room, very luminous where you can have a nice rest, watch a DVD with your kids or a film at the satellite TV. The kitchen is completely equipped, with vitro hob that makes easier to prepare lovely meals, as is also open to the charming dining room with a fireplace. There is also a washing room, with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an iron board. At the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms, both with a shower.

At the first floor, there is an office room, with a desk and a sofa bed, where two more guests can sleep. There are also two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and another one with two single beds. You will also find a spacious and nice bathroom with both a shower and a bath. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair free of charge. You will also have central heating at your service if you come in the winter.

This lovely house is located at Son Mesquida, near Felanitx, and a few kilometres driving to Sanctuary de Son Salvador, ideal for a nice trip by car or bike. Up the sanctuary there is a little church, and panoramic views to the forest. In about ten minutes driving you will arrive to Felanitx centre, walk around the little streets, taste the nice typical Majorcan food or visit the Sunday market. Also there is a big supermarket, banks and everything necessary for an easy stay.

if you fancy going to the coast, you only need to drive for about 30 minutes, and you will find dream beaches like Portocolom, Cala Marçal, Cala Ferrera, Cala d"or and the natural park of Mondragó. Portocolom is a very nice fishing village, with beautiful coloured houses near the seaside and the "llaüts" (Typical Majorcan boats). You can eat first quality fresh fish and seafood at the restaurants around. The gold course is near too if you fancy some sport too.
