Amazing terraced house for 12 people in the heart of Alaró, Tramuntana, in the West of Majorca.
Enjoy tranquility in the heart of Majorca! The exteriors include a garden, porches, terraces and a playground where children will have fun. It caters for both seasons as it has a cool swimming pool for the summer and the mountains for the winter months. The 8mx 4m sized chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.2m to 1.8m includes a slide. The pool's surrounded by a well-kept garden with loungers for sunbathing or sit down under the shade of the trees. A conservatory is a nice spot for having dinners both during the summer and the winter. The adjoining barbecue area with garden furniture is a shady place for having a drink while waiting for the food to be ready. Another furnished porch overlooks the pool and is just at the entrance of the house. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

This villa offers accommodation on three floors and 500m2. A cozy, air conditioned living room is on the ground floor. A TV with satellite channels is available. The living area gives access to the elegant dining room where 12 people can sit around the table. The spacious open kitchen is fully equipped, including another table for 6 people and a vitro hob. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor: there's one with a double bed, A/C and bath en-suite (with bathtub). The second bedroom comes with a double bed and a closet. Another bathroom with bathtub is available.

The first floor comprises two more bedrooms (one with double bed, the second with twin beds) with bath en-suite. There's a nice terrace where you can spend a romantic dinner for two underneath the starry sky.

The basement level (-1) can be described like an apartment within the house. It features a sitting-dining room which is open to the kitchen with gas stove. The dining table offers space for four people. You can choose between two bedrooms with double bed (one with closet). Furthermore, there's a shower bath available. There's a laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Two cots and one high chair can be provided upon request.

Alaró is a charming, quiet town in the West of Majorca, ideal for those seeking relax, nature and tranquillity. Alaró is famous for its Castle (Castell D'Alaró). A nice trail leads you through woods and mountains till reaching the remains of the castle. If you love cycling, you can explore many routes through the mountains. The nearest sand beach is 30 km from the house. Alaró provides you with everything you may need for your holiday like restaurants and a supermarket. A car is necessary.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
