Welcome to this beautiful villa for 6 people in Crestatx, Sa Pobla.
The outside area of the house is wonderful and very spacious. There are large gardens and a salt walter pool of 10 x 5 with a depth of 1.80 m. Next to the pool you can enjoy the pleasant summer open air meals on the fully equipped porch with barbecue. There is a children playground area and a basketball hoop with ball and darts. On the 1st floor, there is another huge terrace.

The house of 205 m2 is distributed over 2 floors. It has 3 bedrooms; two on the ground floor, one with double bed and one with twin beds; and one on the 1st floor with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms counts with air conditioning. There is also one more bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor.

The living room is very cozy, and equipped with two comfortable sofas, TV-Sat, a dning table and chairs, air conditioning and a wood stove. The indpendent kitchen with vitro stove, has everything you may need during your vacations to prepare a delicious dishes. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

The house is situated in the neighborhood called Crestatx / Son Toni, and is just 4.5 km from Sa Pobla where you can find everything you might need during your stay: supermarkets, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc.

Very close, only in 10.6 km you will get to Pollença, a lovely town with its cobbled streets and all the little shops that are in the area. You can climb the 365 steps of Calvari, to reach an old church and enjoy the spectacular view of the town, the coast and surroundings. Only 20 minute drive you can also reach Ses Casetes des Capellans and Picafort. In the area there are good restaurants. The promenade of Ca'n Picafort is lively and contrasts with the tranquility of Playas de Muro. We also recommend visiting the area of Alcudia and Pollensa, with beaches with crystalline waters.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
