The exteriors are a completely paradise. The private salt pool invites to enjoy of a refreshing swim while contemplating the spectacular mountain landscape. It has a size of 8 x 3 m as well as a depth of 1.35 to 1.80 m and an exterior shower. Next to it you can have a refreshing drink and sunbathe on the 4 sun loungers. Keep in mind that, although being at sole disposition of our guests, this area is a passing place (common path with another neighbour). Many corners of the house are ideal to read or even to organise pleasant evenings. In terms of this last, there is a kitchen and gas oven in the open air. There are direct neighbours.

When you come in into the house, there is a both rustic and modern kitchen-living-dining room. Right there, you can take advantage of the silence and the peace on the sofa, after having eaten exquisite dishes cooked on the ceramic cooktop. There are two dormitories with double bed,wardrobe and air conditioning. One of them, also offers an en-suite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with shower services the entire house. There are 2 fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Bunyola is a cosy village situated at the foot of Sierra de Tramuntana; the ideal destination for those who love nature and hiking. The center is at only 100 meters and has bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc. You cannot miss a visit to the following villages: Valldemossa, Sóller, Fornalutx, etc. The closest beach is Puerto de Sóller, at about 14.8 km.

It is prohibited to use the exterior wooden oven, the wooden chimney of the living room and the chimney of the dormitory.
Take into account that there is not any TV.
Pets and the holding of events are totally forbidden.

Due to the exclusivity of this privileged enclave that is located in a pedestrian area, you cannot reach the property entrance by car and you must walk the last 300 meters on foot.
Keep in mind that the property is not suitable for children neither for persons with reduced mobility due to the fact that to get to the house it must be climbed a ladder.
