Spend a real Mediterranean summer in this lovely country house. The salt water pool overlooks the wide fields of the islands' center, called Pla de Mallorca. Start your day with calm, basking in the sun (8 loungers), taking a dip in the 11.5 x 4.5 meter sized salt water pool (depth: between 0.8 - 1.9 meters) and enjoy the nice weather. Evenings are great for meeting friends, having a barbecue and sharing a bottle of wine. There's a double sofa and two garden chairs, where you can meet in the afternoon for social gatherings. There are no neighbors, so you'll enjoy from total privacy. The house is home to 2 donkeys and the owner come by every day in order to feed them.

The house was built in 2010 and comprises two floors. Lay back on the leather sofa, reading a magazine or sharing laughs and talks with your loved ones. The TV features English channels, so why not spending your evening watching a film? If you fancy cooking, there's a spacious kitchen with modern equipment, including an oven, a dishwasher, fridge and cooker (mix of gas and induction). The laundry offers a washing machine, dryer and iron with ironing board. There's a cozy double bedroom on the ground floor where you can rest after a day full of activities. The bathroom is equipped with shower, bidet and big mirror. A staircase leads to the first floor, where our small guests will find their own paradise: a playroom! Furthermore, there are 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with 2 single beds as well as two baths (one with shower and one with bathtub). All 4 bedrooms are fitted with closets and we can provide a cot and a high chair upon request. If you choose Mallorca for your winter holidays, this house is perfect as it's equipped with central heating.

The country house is set near a road that connects with Palma. The city is a 20-30 minutes' drive and offers lots of leisure and culture. Algaida is a small village with a few bars and good restaurants, serving typical dishes. Supermarkets and more services can be found in Manacor and Palma. The south of the island is full of lovely beaches and the nearest is lively Playa de Palma. If you prefer tranquility and nature, you may like Es Trenc and Sa Ràpita.
