The exteriors of the property are extraordinary. There is a 1.8x5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.40m to 2m. In the surrounding area there is a shower to cool off and you have access to a total of 8 sunbeds and 1 umbrella where you can relax and get away from routine while sunbathing. In the exterior there is a 600m2 well maintained grassy area, and a 150m2 paved area. On one side of the pool, you have a fantastic area where the fixed barbecue, a faucet with a sink, an area with a counter top and a washroom. The 45m2 furnished porch of the property is ideal for sharing evenings with your family and it can be accessed from the living room area of the property. In the outside area there is a total of 4 spaces to park vehicles and the property’s privacy is complete.

Upon arrival at the house there is a furnished porch which gives you direct access to the room where the living room, the dining room and the kitchen are located. In this area you can disconnect watching satellite TV, a DVD movie or through a good read. The dining room is set up to share endless after-eating talks with family and friends. The kitchen of the property is separated from the living room by a bar with stools. In this kitchen you have access to everything you need to cook any dish you intend to, including gas stove. The laundry area of the house is independent and there you have access to 1 washer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, 2 of them with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds. 2 of the bedrooms have wardrobes, there are 4 fans and, if needed, you have access to one crib for younger children. The property has a total of 3 bathrooms, 2 of them are complete (1 with a bathtub and 1 with a shower) and a washroom outside.

First, it is important to mention the privacy and tranquility offered by the property itself. It is located in the outskirts of Pollença near the entrance to the Serra de Tramuntana. At the same time, in the village of Pollença you will find all the basic needs that may require during your stay. There, you can also visit the chapel of Calvari (to access it, you must climb a total of 365 steps, one for every day of the year) and walk the fantastic cobblestone streets. This property offers a perfect setting to go hiking, walking or cycling. The nearest sandy beach is the Port de Pollença one, but we recommend you to visit the beach of Bóquer or Cala d'Escorca.

Pets are welcome at this property, as long as they do not weight more than 8 kilos.
