You can also enjoy the 40,5m furnished terrace, where you can share all kinds of summer meals with your loved ones. Here, you can enjoy a quiet holiday relaxing, enjoying the climate of the area, cooling off in the pool or testing your culinary skills on the fixed barbecue. The plot is fully fenced and the driveway to the property is shared with the neighbor; therefore, privacy is partial.

The living room, dining room and kitchen form a large space where you will certainly enjoy breakfast and pleasant conversations with the charm of the stone wall, the sloping ceiling and overlooking the pool and mountains. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook without problems, including a gas stove. The property also has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

This particular villa has 3 bedrooms making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Two of the rooms are connected, the first has 2 single beds and the second one 1 double bed. The third bedroom is a large room with a double bed, 1 bunk bed and a furnished lounge area. All rooms have a direct exit to garden and pool. The house has a bathroom with a bathtub and, if required, you have access to a crib and a highchair.

The villa is 900 meters from Xaló, one of 8 towns with Moorish descent which are in the beautiful valley of Pop. You cannot miss the Saturday market that takes place next to the river Xaló; It is one of the most famous antique markets of the Costa Blanca. Do not forget to visit La Cova de Les Meravelles, El Abrigo del Tio Mançano ( a sample of Levantine rock art), the stately homes of the town, the ethnological museum, the wine museum Farm and the Riuraus Route (worldwide unique, emblematic Valencian buildings built in the 17th , 19th and 20th centuries with the aim of transforming Muscatine grapes into raisins). The Valley of Pop is an ideal place for active tourism; hiking, cycle tourism, climbing, paragliding or kayak; and these are only a few of the possibilities to responsibly enjoy its environmental values. Only 15 km away, you will reach the coastal area of Calpe, Moraira or Xábia where you can enjoy its beaches and charming coves.
