Quiet and cosy village house with private pool in Muro. Capacity for 5 people
The property has swimming pool, terrace and barbecue making it ideal to spend pleasant evenings. The beautiful chlorine pool measures 8 x 3 meters and has a depth that goes from 1 to 1.5 meters. Around it we can sunbathe on one of the sun loungers under the palm trees. The terrace next to the pool is furnished with an outside dining room suitable for 6 people and it is located by the barbecue. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours.

The 300 m2 house is divided into three floors. When entering the ground floor we access the modern and cozy living room with sofas where you can watch the TV Sat while you cool down with the air conditioning. The cozy kitchen with ceramic hob is fully equipped and also has a small dining area for 5 people. On the ground floor we find the first of the bedrooms with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. The floor is completed with a bathroom with bathtub.

On the first floor we find the other two bedrooms. One has a double bed, air conditioning, closet and an en suite bathroom. The last bedroom has a trundle bed, desk and also closet and air conditioning. There is a third bathroom with shower on this floor. The house has central heating to be warm on the coldest days. A cot and a highchair are at your disposal if you are travelling with a baby. The house also has a laundry that has a washing machine, iron and ironing board and it is located on the -1st floor.

The property is located in the village of Muro and is relatively close to the beach of Can Picafort, only 13 kms away. In the village you will find the basic services for an independent stay and in Can Picafort you will find leisure, restaurants, shops, ... A must visit will be La Caseta des Capellans, s'Albufera and the Natural Park of Son Real.
