This chalet is in a quiet, residencial area, ideal for holidays with your family and friends. Enjoy a swim in the 12m x 5m private salt water pool with a max. depth of 2m. Afterwards, have an exterior shower and lay down on two sun loungers, enjoying the Mediterranean weather. A spacious, well-kept garden offers lot of space for the children to play. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

Entering the property, you'll be in the stylish living-dining room with TV (only local channels). There is a dining kitchen -with ceramic hob- to enjoy your meals with your loved ones. You will also find two bedrooms. The first one has a double bed, a closet and en en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage shower. This bedroom does not have an exterior window. The second bedroom has a doble bed and a closet. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. Furthermore, there are two shower baths. This same floor offers a shower bathroom

On the first floor -accessed independently from an annexed main entry- you will find two more bedrooms with a double bed and a closet each, and a shower bathroom. This villa surprises by an unique decoration - a Middle Eastern, elegant style, ideal for big families or groups of friend in an independent way.

Playa de Gandia is just perfect for beach holidays with your family and friends. You can rent sun loungers and parasols on the fine grained beach and spend a day basking in the sun or take a nice stroll along the sea promenade and have some ice cream. You will find supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby - you should try our excellent Mediterranean cuisine! Playa de Gandia has also a big variety of nightlife.
