Welcome to this impressive luxury mansion with pool in the countryside near Felanitx. This modern lodging offers space for 4 people and is ideal for those looking for relax but don’t want to renounce exclusivity.

The house that was built in 2009 is located in a quiet, rural area. It has a habitable surface of 180 m² and 2 spacious bedrooms. One is on the ground floor and equipped with two single beds. The other is on the 1st floor and has a double bed. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room as well as space for a cot. Furthermore there is a guest bathroom on the ground floor.

The huge living room on the upper floor is modernly furnished. Make yourselves at home on the leather chaise longue and enjoy a good book, watch satellite-TV or surf the Internet (Wifi is free). From the living room you can access the big terrace and enjoy its spectacular views over the mountains "Serra de Llevant".

The open kitchen, located on the ground floor, is ultra-modern, totally equipped and of an extravagant design. You find all necessary cooking utensils and household appliances which make cooking a pleasure. Take your aperitif at the bar next to the cooking island or at the big dining table which accommodates all guests comfortably.

Of course, there are also a washing machine, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner at your disposal. The water in the 100-litre boiler is heated with solar energy. In the whole house there is under-floor heating; its warmth is generated by biomass (almond nutshells).

The design of the exteriors follows the same line as it is inside. The modernly furnished porch invites you to have breakfast outside in the morning or a cocktail at sundown. Take a refreshing bath in the 16 x 4 m pool or relax on the sun loungers. Why don´t you organize a barbecue evening with your friends at the pool?

The house is close to the town of Felanitx and an ideal starting point to get to know the authentic Majorca. Felanitx is one of the bigger towns of the island where you find many shops, restaurants and other services.

There a several beaches near Portocolom. And if you are a golf player, the golf course of Golf of Vall d'Or is a good address to indulge yourself.
