This amazing villa, surrounded by a spectacular mountain landscape and with private pool, offers accommodation to 8 guests in Caimari.
This finca becomes a dream-like place for those who love nature and peace, since the country and mountain landscape around is wonderful. You have the water salt pool in front of the beautiful stone building. It sizes 8 x 4 metres and the water depth ranges from 0.7 to 1.9 metres. It's perfect to cool down after basking in the sun on one of the 8 sunloungers. Then, you can wash off under the spray of the exterior shower and enjoy porches and terraces with a glass of wine and a delicious BBQ.
Inside, you'll be welcomed by an airy dining - kitchen with a living area, where you can cook succulent dishes on the gas hob, enjoy your meals together and then sit and chat on the sofa. There is one bedroom with twin beds and a closet by the dining room. There also is a bathroom with a shower on this floor. Upstairs you have the second dining kitchen open to the main living area that offers TV-sat. Here you have 3 more bedrooms with AC. One has a double bed and terrace, another has twin beds and the last one has a double bed, an en-suite with a bath and closet. There is another bathroom with a shower on this floor. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A baby cot and a high chair also are available.
The villa is located just 900 metres from the village of Caimari, a small and peaceful Majorcan town at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. Here, you'll find the basic services like bars, restaurants and a small grocery shop. From here you can start hiking and biking routes but you can also drive. The nearest beach is Playa de Muro, about 23.2 km away.
The wood stove cannot be used.

Villa was beautiful and in such an amazing location. Lovely and quiet and not far from shops and restaurants. Although, Pep, the owner really made our stay perfect. He was so helpful and kind and nothing was you much trouble. An absolute Star! Can't wait to go back!

See more Der Außenbereich ist einfach traumhaft und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es gibt einen gepflegten Garten und einen Pool, der ideal ist, um sich an heißen Tagen abzukühlen. Besonders positiv ist, dass der Hausbesitzer jeden Morgen vorbeikommt und sich um den Außenbereich und den Pool kümmert. Das sorgt für eine angenehme und gepflegte Atmosphäre. Unserer Meinung nach, war der Pool nicht ausreichend gechlort, was zu Entzündungen bei zwei Gäste führte. Die Zeitsteuerung für die Klimaanlage war tagsüber in Ordnung (ausgeschaltet). Allerdings wurde sie auch zu einem ungünstigen Zeitpunkt über Nacht ausgeschaltet. Dadurch war es im Obergeschoss jede Nacht sehr heiß, was den Schlafkomfort stark beeinträchtigte. Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel, handelt es sich insgesamt um eine sehr tolle Unterkunft, welche ich empfehlen kann. Der wunderschöne Außenbereich und die gut ausgestattete Küche sind definitiv herausragend.
The outdoor area is simply fantastic and invites you to relax. There is a well-kept garden and a swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on hot days. What is particularly positive is that the homeowner comes by every morning and takes care of the outdoor area and the pool. This ensures a pleasant and well-maintained atmosphere. In our opinion, the pool was not sufficiently chlorinated, which led to two guests becoming infected. The air conditioning timing was fine (turned off) during the day. However, it was also switched off overnight at an inopportune time. As a result, it was very hot upstairs every night, which severely affected sleeping comfort. Despite these small defects, overall it is a very great accommodation that I can recommend. The beautiful outdoor area and well-equipped kitchen are definitely outstanding.

Even for a group of 8 adults there was plenty of room in the beautifully situated house. The 2 huge terraces allow a blik on the nearby mountains. The beautiful and stylish house offers everything you need on vacation. A bottle of olive oil and almonds from our own production was also included. At night it is nice and quiet and you can hear the crickets and scattered sheep - very soothing. It is an ideal base for cycling and hiking. The nearby village of Selva is also very nice and offers good opportunities to eat well. We will come again.

Wir bedanken uns für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft, den tollen Obstkorb und andere Kleinigkeiten zur Begrüßung . Wir haben die Zeit in der Finca sehr genossen! Das Haus und Grundstück ist sehr schön und absolut gepflegt. Wir haben uns gefreut, dass es auf den Terrassen bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten gibt, Wolldecken etc. was in der Vorsaison Abends durchaus notwendig ist. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. The house and property are very beautiful and absolutely well maintained. We were happy that there was comfortable seating on the terraces, woolen blankets, etc., which is definitely necessary in the evenings in the early season. We would love to come back. Estuvimos celebrando el 70 cumpleaños de mi padre y la pasamos genial. Nos encantó la casa y la ubicación, era justo lo que estábamos buscando. Igual muchas gracias a Pep, estuvo siempre pendiente, resolvió nuestras dudas y fue más que amable.
We were celebrating my father's 70th birthday and we had a great time. We loved the house and the location, it was just what we were looking for. Anyway, many thanks to Pep, he was always attentive, answered our questions and was more than kind.
See more La casa es muy fiel a las fotografías, la ubicación es preciosa a los pies de la Tramuntana. Los espacios y las estancias están muy bien pensados y equipados con todo lo necesario. El piso de arriba es súper acogedor. Pasamos unas noches muy agradables calentándonos y cocinando junto a la barbacoa. Pep, fue muy amable y accesible y estuvo al pendiente en todo momento durante nuestra estancia. ¡Sin duda repetiríamos en verano para disfrutar al máximo del jardín y la piscina!
The house is very faithful to the photographs, the location is beautiful at the foot of the Tramuntana. The spaces and rooms are very well thought out and equipped with everything you need. The upstairs is super cozy. We spent some very pleasant nights warming ourselves and cooking by the barbecue. Pep was very friendly and accessible and was attentive at all times during our stay. We would definitely repeat in the summer to enjoy the garden and pool to the fullest!
See more Nos quedamos sin alojamiento en el último momento y tuvimos que buscar uno para el mismo día. Por suerte nos encontramos con esta propiedad. Los dueños muy amables y nos explicaron todo con detalle. Nos pusieron mantas de más ya que por desgracia la calefacción de pellet no funcionba y eran días festivos por lo que nadie estaba disponible para venir a arreglarlo, pero por suerte por la noche con el edredon estabamos bien. Desde el balcón se ve el amenecer y era un gustazo despertarse a esas vistazas
We ran out of accommodation at the last minute and had to find one for the same day. Luckily we found this property. The owners were very friendly and explained everything to us in detail. They gave us extra blankets since unfortunately the pellet heating was not working and it was a holiday so no one was available to come and fix it, but luckily at night with the duvet we were fine. From the balcony you can see the sunrise and it was a pleasure to wake up to those views

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in dieser zauberhaften Finca. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder für uns war diese Finca perfekt, wir würden sofort erneut buchen. Der Gastgeber ist ebenfalls top und hat uns noch ein paar Geheimtipps gezeigt und sein Olivenöl ist ein Traum.
It was a very nice holiday in this magical finca. We were 6 adults and 2 children, this finca was perfect for us, we would book again immediately. The host is also great and showed us a few insider tips and his olive oil is a dream.

See more Huset er meget rummeligt og ligger i fredelige, landlige omgivelser med rigelig plads til en familie med en de medlemmer eller flere vennepar. Der er et dejligt, ugenert haveanlæg med swimmingpool og mange solsenge. Kort afstand til de 2 landsbyer Caimari og Selva og kort køreafstand til storbyen Inca og til Tramuntana-bjergene. Vi ville dog have foretrukket, at man kunne gå til cafeer og restauranter i umiddelbar nærhed af huset.
The house is very spacious and is located in peaceful, rural surroundings with plenty of space for a family with one member or several couples of friends. There is a nice, unobtrusive garden with a swimming pool and many sunbeds. Short distance to the 2 villages of Caimari and Selva and short driving distance to the big city of Inca and to the Tramuntana mountains. However, we would have preferred that you could go to cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the house.
