Welcome to this beautiful villa with private pool on the outskirts of Sencelles. It is surrounded by vineyards and offers accommodation to 8 guests.
Amidst an incomparable natural environment, this finca offers an extraordinary exterior area. You can spend your time at the terrace and swim in the private chlorine pool, sunbathe on the 4 sunlougers at the garden, cook delicious barbecues and have a lovely walk throughout the vineyards. The special and beautiful pool sizes 7 x 4 metres and its water depth ranges from 0.5 to 1.7 metres. There also is a lawn area with spotted trees and plants where you can relax. The furnished porch is perfect in order to organise your summer dinners. The property is fenced and it offers total privacy.

The wonderful two-storey house features a traditional style. It has two living rooms. The main one invites to watch the TV-Sat while cooling with the AC or being warm with the wood stove. The second one is the perfect reading corner where you can enjoy a good book. Next, you find the kitchen and it's equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, all the needed utensils and a table with chairs. The house has 4 bedrooms, all of them with a closet and exceptional views to the mountains and the vineyards. Two of the rooms are on the main floor and the other two are upstairs. Three have double beds -one with AC and en-suite bathroom with a tub too- and the last bedroom has twin beds. A baby cot and high-chair can be provided. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there are two more bathrooms, one with a tub on the ground floor and the other with a shower upstairs. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are placed in one of the bathrooms. Two fans and two radiators complete the equipment.

The area of Sencelles in the centre of the island and is one of the most peaceful in Mallorca. Sencelles as well as the rest of little picturesque villages around are perfect to know the Mallorcan habits and locals. Some points of interest in this town are the church of San Pedro, the rectory of Sencelles, the convent of the Hermanas de la Caridad and the monument to the Blessed Sor Francinaina. Its traditional street market takes place every Wednesday where you can acquire local products. If you feel like going to the beach, you will reach any of the numerous beaches and coves in the island in a reasonable amount of time thanks to the central location of the house.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
