Welcome to this astonishing two storey house for 11 people and with private pool in the village of Alaró.
The wonderful garden is highlighted thanks to the greenery of the lawn and the pebbled paths heading to the great chlorine pool. The pool sizes 5 x 3.7 metres and its has 1.7 metres depth. The area is completed with an outdoors shower and 6 sun loungers to relax while sunbathing. The path continues its way to the orange and lemon trees, even to a little wooden house for the little ones' amusement. A lovely little porch comes with a barbecue and wood oven to cook delicious dishes to be enjoined under the awning. The little terrace upstairs is perfect to enjoy a good reading or the guide to visit the island and plan your vacation while having a cup of tea and admiring the views to the town.

The accommodation preserves the traditional Mallorcan style although blending it with a modern and stylish furniture that transforms the house into a true home. When you enter, the hall leads to a cosy sitting room equipped with a TV set, wood stove, a little table with chairs and even a piano! If you can play it, do not hesitate and delight your loved ones with a little concert. The kitchen features a wood stove, industrial gas top, oven and all appliances and utensils you can need to cook your best recipes and then right to the table. There are 5 bedrooms with a closet and a fan each. One is on the ground floor and the rest are upstairs. There also are 3 bathrooms; one downstairs with a bath and two upstairs, one with a shower and a bath and the last one only with a bathtub. The bedroom on the main floor offers a double bed and space for a cot and exit to a lovely balcony. The 4 bedrooms on the first floor -which are accessed from a charming second living room- offer two twin beds each but one with a double bed. Our eleventh guest finds a sofa bed on the main floor living room. A high chair is available in case you are travelling with your baby. You will find the washer, iron and ironing board at the terrace.

Alaró is a cosy village located amidst the mountains and the routes that are ideal for hiking and biking excursions. True hikers can't leave without visiting the Salt d'es Freu, an authentic paradise specially in winter where you will be able to admire the waterfalls. Of course, the Castle of Alaró is a must visit. You will find some restaurants and bars at the town centre, as well as a grocery shop. Regarding the beaches, you can choose to go to a sandy beach for example in Playa de Palma, or to go to some pebbled coves with crystalline water like Cala Deià or Port des Canonge.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
