This house for 4 people with a private pool is situated in Santa Margalida, in the northern part of the island.
You can start your day with a refreshing bathe in a 9m x 4m-sized private pool with a depth range of 1,2m-2m. The pool is a master piece skillfully integrated in the exterior areas. Around the pool you find five sun loungers for sunbathing. Besides, there is an outdoor shower where you can cool off yourself. On a furnished terrace with pool views you can organize dinners or prepare delicious barbecues on the porch. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors. The owners take care of the environment and have installed a solar energy system.

Entering the house you get into a tastefully decorated hall. A living-dining room with a satellite TV and CD invites you to spend relaxing hours with your beloved ones. The kitchen with a gas plate and a dining table is equipped with all necessary for cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are on the terrace.

Two double bedrooms with a double bed each sleep up to 4 guests and are equipped with a wardrobe and fan. A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request. There is a bathroom with shower. Besides, there are 3 fans.

The area is featured by tranquility and it is near Santa Margalida village with all amenities such as restaurants and bars. On Tuesdays and Saturdays there is a local market with fresh vegetables and fruits. The next sandy beach is in Can Picafort, 15 minutes by car. Beaches of Playa de Muro, Son Serra de Marina, Port Alcudia or Playa de Formentor are also worth being visited.
