The exteriors of this countryhouse are fabulous. You can cool off in the private salt pool, 9 x 4.5 m and 1 to 1.8 m depth, after sunbathing on the 8 sun loungers, while contemplating the incomparable rural and mountain landscape. The main porch and the upper covered terrace invite you to have a delicious breakfast or some exquisite recipes, made at the barbecue, in the most absolute tranquility.

The two-storey stone construction is very spacious. The living room, with air conditioning, is the perfect place to get relaxed watching TV-SAT, a DVD film or even listening to music while feeling the exterior breeze. The kitchen-dining room is equipped with a ceramic hob and everything you may need to cook. The laundry area is provided with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Likewise, there are four bedrooms featuring wardrobe as well as three bathrooms in the house. A bathtub bathroom, as well as two double bed dormitories boasting a fan, one of which also has an en-suite shower bathroom, complete the main floor. Upstairs, you can find another bathtub bathroom and two more bedrooms with A/C, one of them with a double bed and terrace, while the last one has two single beds. The entire house is acclimated with oil central heating.

This beautiful countryhouse is the best choice if you like tranquility, nature and hiking, since it is the starting point towards Sierra de Tramuntana. You can visit Gorg Blau and Cúber reservoirs, Sa Calobra cove and much more. Both Selva, with all the essential services, and Caimari are at 1 - 1.5 km approximately. Puerto de Alcúdia beach is at only 30 km away.
