This breathtaking estate is situated in the village Maria de la Salut, in the centre of Mallorca. It can comfortably accommodate 12 - 14 guests.
In the park-like garden with palm trees you will find the private, 8 x 4 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.25 m to 2.55 m. There is a BBQ to cook outside and a nice terrace for al-fresco dining. This property offers a lot of space and is a good choice for holidays with friends and family.

This house offers accommodation on 550 m2 and two floors. The interiors are a mix between elegance and comfort. There are five bedrooms on the first floor, four with one double bed each and one with four single beds. All bedrooms are fitted with A/C and bathrooms en-suite. An exterior staircase connects the bedrooms with the living area and the kitchen.

The delightful sitting-dining room on the ground floor is a lovely corner to watch satellite-TV, read a good book or share laughs and talks with your family. The open kitchen is fully-equipped, including a vitro hob. Furthermore, you will have access to a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. An exterior staircase connects this area with the bedrooms.

The most distinguishing detail of this house is the banquet hall. In the past, this property was an excellent restaurant.

Enjoy a nice dinner with friends in a restaurant of Maria de la Salut and try the excellent vines of the island! You won't need a car to go home, because this property is situated right in the centre of Maria de la Salut. The village is surrounded by fields. A 15 to 20 minutes' drive takes you to the marvellous north coast and to the beaches of Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina and Playa de Muro. In Sineu you can visit the traditional market, which takes place very Wednesday.
