Swim in the private pool, make a barbecue with friends, relax on one of six sun loungers and sunbathe, celebrate great evenings with your loved ones - in this house you will live the dream of the perfect Mediterranean vacation! The chlorine pool has a size of 7m x 4m and a constant depth of 1.8m. After a day at the beach, returning home is wonderful to cool off in the outdoor shower. Several terraces and a garden with palm trees and flowers offer the ideal setting for family gatherings. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors, so that you enjoy a total privacy.

The house is divided into two parts; The main house, and the apartment to which you can only access from outside through stairs.

In the living room of the main house you can watch a movie on satellite television, listen to music or eat together, as there is a dining room ust next to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers dishwasher and a gas stove, so preparing your favorite plates will be very easy. The washingmachine, dryer, iron and ironing board are available and you can find them in one of the bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bath or shower. A cot and a high chair are available on request.

In the annex building, there is a bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet. The annex kitchen has a gas hob, an american bar and a fridge, but apart from this there are no utensils. It is open to a living room with sofa and TV. Both the main house and annex, have central heating, except two bathrooms.

Living in the countryside but at the same time near the beach is possible in this finca. By car you can explore Cala Sa Nau, the magnificent beaches of Cala D'Or, Cala Marçal or Cala Mondragó along with its natural park. In the fishing village of Portopetro you can take a pleasant walk through the harbor and observe the small boats. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars are in Cala D'Or or, if you prefer a more authentic atmosphere, in Felanitx. If you like to go by bike, it is possible to take the route of the Sanctuary of San Salvador with panoramic views of the countryside and surrounding villages. Golf lovers will find the Vall D'Or course less than 5 km away.
