The terrace and the beautiful private pool of this town house are the perfect place to relax after a day visiting the island. The pool is chlorinated and sizes 5 x 3.5 meters, while its depth ranges from 0.80 to 1.50 meters. The exteriors include several corners where you can enjoy the good weather such as the sofa area under the porch or the barbecue. The house is in the village and has close neighbours.

The interior of the house stands out for its modern decoration combined with open spaces and stone walls. The living room, dining room and kitchen occupy different spaces but communicated with each other. The 2 level living room offers satellite TV, AC and wood stove. The dining area next to the pool exit has space for 6 people. And the open kitchen with breakfast bar is equipped with a gas stove. The ground floor is completed with two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with a shower. The last bedroom is on the first floor, it has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower, and is open to the hall of the house (there is no door). Finally, in the house you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board as well as a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.

The house is located in Porreres, an inland town with all the necessary services for an independent stay. You can visit some of the most beautiful beaches on the south of the island of Mallorca, such as Es Trenc or sa Ràpita. The closest golf course is Son Antem, which is 23.1 km away.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 27 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
