Spectacular property in the countryside located between the towns of Inca and Llubí. Here you can enjoy the wonderful views of the countryside, mountains and forest that it offers you. It is divided into two buildings, the main house (divided into 3 floors) and the studio, with a total capacity of 10 - 14 people.
The outdoor area of this property is dreamy. There, you will find the salt 11x5m infinite pool. With regard to the depth of the pool there is an area of 0,40cm, ideal for cooling your feet or for children under the supervision of an adult, and the rest gradually increases from 1.2m up to 2m. The views from this area are impressive. Around the pool there are 8 sunbeds to relax and enjoy the Majorcan sunshine, as well as 1 outdoor shower. This property has a 400m2 paved surface and a 700m2 lawn one. Around the home there are fruit trees and the whole area is fenced in for children’s safety. This property has several areas to help you enjoy your vacation to the fullest. First, there is 1 20m2 furnished porch where you can enjoy unforgettable moments with family and friends. It also has a 35m2 terrace and a "chill-out" area that will transport you to an oasis of relaxation. If you just want to demonstrate your culinary skills outdoors, it has a fixed barbecue to impress your guests. There is also room to park 5 cars outside the property and a Ping-Pong table to enjoy playing.
The main house is divided into 3 levels (-1F, GF and 1F). On the ground floor, as you access the home through the main entrance, you will find the impressive foyer. There, you will find an imposing arch in living stone, from which you can see the spectacular views available in the property, and the stunning staircase that leads to the 1st floor. Once you cross the living stone arch, you will find the living room, dining room and kitchen areas. To your left and after going down 3 steps there is the living room with fireplace, which can be described as a room where comfort reigns. It is ideal escape from stress while you admire the views, watch satellite television, listen to music or watch a DVD movie. To the right of the hall, you will find the furnished dining room, where you will be able to enjoy unforgettable moments with your loved ones. The kitchen, which is open to the entire area previously described, is the dream of any chef. It is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare any recipe you want, including both gas and electric stoves and details such as a two door refrigerator with icemaker, an illuminated bar, and 2 ovens. The laundry area is independent and very spacious. It is located on the 1st floor and has 1 washer, 1 dryer, 1 iron, 1 ironing board, 1 sink and large closets to store cleaning products. The main house has a total of 7 bedrooms, 2 in the GF (1 with two single beds and the other with 1 double bed), 2 in the -1F (1 with two single beds and the other with 1 double bed) and 3 in the 1F (2 with 1 double bed and 1 with 2 single beds). 4 of these rooms have wardrobes and all have air conditioning. As a whole, there are 5 bathrooms in the main house, 1 in -1F (complete with shower and in suite), 1 in GF (also complete with shower and in suite) and 3 in the 1F (2 of them complete: 1 in suite, with shower and hot tub and the other with bathtub; and, finally, 1 washroom). This property has 2 cribs for younger children, both central heating and air conditioning, and radiant floors with a weekly extra cost.
With regard to the cozy studio, it has an area with a wood heater where the living room the furnished dining room and kitchen are located. The kitchen is great and has both electric and gas stoves. There is 1 room with 1 double bed, wardrobes and 1 full bathroom. The bathroom has 1 shower with a rain shower head and just before the studio you will find a beautiful furnished terrace where you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets. Even though there are beds for 16 people, we only admit 14 guests in total.
This peerless property is located between the towns of Inca and Llubí. Llubí is known for its caper production and its Tuesday morning marking is an interesting visit. Inca is one of the most important towns in Mallorca due to its leather tradition, and where you can find lots of shops with high quality leather products. It also has its famous Thursday morning market and is known for its "Dijous Bo" festivities. The nearest white sandy beach is Alcúdia where you can enjoy the great tourist atmosphere it has. You can also take advantage of the variety of water sports available to you, such as windsurfing, kite surfing or jet skis.
