Welcome to this wonderful country house with private pool on the outskirts of Cas Concos, Felanitx. It can accommodate 8 guests.
The exterior area of this fabulous finca is wonderful. The main character is the salt water private pool that sizes 9 x 5 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.2 to 2 metres. It's surrounded by a great area with sunbeds where you can bask in the sun. The exterior dining area is perfect for your meals and BBQs alfresco, enjoying the greenery and the peace around. There also is an exterior bathroom with a bathtub. The property is fenced and there're neighbours around.

The two-storey house is the result of a beautiful mixture of modern and traditional styles that you'll notice in the furniture and the architectural elements like the Majorcan arch by the dining area. When you enter the main floor, you'll find a great living-dining room with AC where you can enjoy your family meals and rest on the sofa whilst watching the satellite TV. The dining area leads to the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob and a table with 2 chairs for a quick breakfast. Behind the arch of the dining area you'll find the rooms to rest on this floor: two bedrooms with twin beds, closet and AC each, and one bathroom with jetted tub and independent shower. Upstairs, you'll find the other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, and both with a closet and AC. Two baby cots, two high-chairs, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board complete the equipment.

Cas Concos is a small village belonging to Felanitx. Here, you'll find the basic services for an independent stay like a supermarket and some bars and restaurants. You can reach the coast by car and enjoy paradisaical beaches like Cala Esmeralda or Cala Mondragó. And if you like playing golf, course Vall d'Or is only 12.4 km away.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
