Disconnect from daily routine in this wonderful traditional Mallorcan style house for 6 people in Santa María del Camí.
In this antique restored house you will enjoy all current facilities within a rustic and traditional style that preserves great details that have been maintained. The fantastic salt water pool of 9,50 x 3,80 and a depth from 0,8 to 1,80 predominates in the outside. We find a garden area around the terrace with sunbeds and parasols and which has a very good style. The barbecue will allow you to prepare marvellous meals or dinners that you will enjoy in the porch close to the house. There is also a toilet outside. The 14465 m2 finca is fenced and there are no many neighbours in the surroundings, so privacy is total.
The 180 m2 accommodation has two floors. Once in the inside of the ground floor, you come into a spectacular living room where traditional details have been respected like the bench at the foot of the window or the wooden beamed ceiling. This is a cosy and luminous living room with several armchairs and one sofa where you will enjoy watching a film in the satellite TV or the Wi-Fi connection. There is a wood stove also for the coldest nights. Afterwards, we find the dining room with a table for 8 people and another wood stove. The kitchen has vitro and it is independent, and despite its completely traditional appearance, you will find all current kitchen tools to cook comfortably in it. One of the bedrooms is also on the ground floor and has one double bed. On the first floor we find the other two bedrooms, one with two single beds and a wardrobe and the other with a double bed, with a rack and a chest. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned.. The house has two bathrooms for all the house, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. You will find also a laundry with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an iron table. There is also a baby cot and a highchair in case you need them.
Santa María del Camí is a lovely village in the center of the island. You can hike or cycle from the house. In this village you will find all services you need for an independent stay. From Santa Maria you can go to any place in the island. Inca is a close city where you cannot miss the street market on Thursdays which expands all over the main streets of the city. The closest beach is that of Can Pere Antoni, in Palma, but you also have a quick access to the northern beaches like Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort.

This turned out to be so much more than we expected. The house is lovely, lots of living space, nice bedrooms and a small but very practical kitchen. The grounds are something else. So much love and attention have gone into them, and for small children living in the suburbs of London, it was magical. Really good bbq with lots of good dry wood and kindling, making bbqing very easy. Thanks so much. We had a wonderful week.

Super ontvangst, hele aardige eigenaresse, top service. Groot huis en tuin, voorzien van alle gemakken. Alles is aanwezig, van kruiden in de keuken tot wasmiddel. Heerlijk zwembad. Veel ruimte en privacy. De barbecue en de pizzaoven zijn ideaal om buiten te koken, zelfs hout hiervoor is aanwezig.Een huurauto is wel noodzakelijk voor de locatie aan een drukke weg (van de drukke weg heb je verder geen last). En er hangen ventilatoren in de woning, airconditioning in de slaapkamers zou iets prettiger zijn.
Great welcome, very nice owner, top service. Large house and garden, equipped with all amenities. Everything is there, from spices in the kitchen to detergent. Lovely swimming pool. Lots of space and privacy. The barbecue and pizza oven are ideal for cooking outside, even wood is provided for this. A rental car is necessary for the location on a busy road (you will not be bothered by the busy road). And there are fans in the house, air conditioning in the bedrooms would be a bit more pleasant.

Die Finca, ist sehr groß und gepflegt. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn und man ist ungestört. Die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Es gibt jede Menge Spielzeug für Kinder, einen Grill, Pizzaofen und Poolutensilien. Außerdem wurden wir mit einem lieben Begrüßungskorb und Getränken im Kühlschrank begrüßt. Hier würde ich immer wieder Urlaub machen, vor allem auch mit Kindern.
The finca is very large and well maintained. There are no direct neighbors and you are undisturbed. The finca is equipped with everything you could wish for. There are plenty of toys for children, a grill, pizza oven and pool equipment. We were also greeted with a lovely welcome basket and drinks in the fridge. I would vacation here again and again, especially with children.

Die Kommunikation war zu jedem Zeitpunkt super unkompliziert und immer freundlich. Im Haus und auch auf dem riesigen Grundstück gibt es immer wieder Neues zu entdecken. Toller Pool, alles super sauber, alles da was man braucht. Wir sind Ultra glücklich, dass wir diese Unterkunft gefunden haben.
There were four of us with two babies in Casa Pilot. Lourdes gave us a very warm and friendly welcome and showed us her beautiful house and, above all, the great grounds. Communication was super uncomplicated and always friendly at all times. There is always something new to discover in the house and on the huge property. Great pool, everything was super clean, everything you need was there. We are extremely happy that we found this accommodation.

We were very lucky to be the first people to rent this beautiful, old Mallorcan style house through Airbnb. Our hostess, Lourdes, was there to welcome us and show us around the property, and she had thought of everything, including games and inflatables for the pool, a welcome basket of food and drink (as well as cold drinks and fresh fruit in the fridge). The house itself is stunning, lots of lovely period details and little personal touches that the photos just do not show, but in no way make you feel like you’re invading someone’s home. Everywhere was spotlessly clean; there were soft, fluffy towels provided (for the pool as well as the bathrooms), as well as some toiletries, tissues, etc. The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering—including that holiday kitchen essential: a dishwasher. The grounds of the house are huge and totally surround the property, giving you total privacy. There are plenty of shady places to sit or lounge about and a few different seating areas, including one next to the barbecue and a dining table just outside the front door. The pool is not huge, but big enough for a little exercise and a vital cool-down (while never being too cold!) Location-wise the house is not far from Palma, and the small town nearby, Santa María del Camí, has a little supermarket and lots of places to eat and drink if you fancy a night off cooking. However, we decided to make use of the barbecue most nights so can’t really recommend any (there is a list of places to try in the house though). There’s also a lovely vineyard down the road (Mallorca’s third biggest, I think), where you can sample some of their wines as well as taking a tour. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here. There is a small amount of traffic noise from the main road to the front of the property, but really not enough to disturb the general peace and tranquillity. You’ll need a car for getting about, but you’ll probably be content with spending a few days just relaxing around the house and garden.
