Here you can swim in the private pool, surrounded by quietness and countryside in the outskirts of Lloseta. Sun lovers can lie down on one of the sunbeds to get tanned. from time to time you can take a shower outside in order to cool down or take a dip in the chlorine pool, which sizes 9 x 4.5 metres and has a depth between 0.5 and 1.8 metres. The natural garden includes lemon and orange trees so that you can get fresh vitamins directly from the tree (depending on the season). At the porch with pool views you can enjoy long evenings with your loved ones - maybe a delicious barbecue?. The property is fenced and there are nearby neighbours.

After a day full of activities, you can sit down on the sofa, watch the satellite television or organise a family meal- All chefs enjoy cooking in an independent kitchen which includes a ceramic hob, oven, utensils and a dishwasher. The house offers a laundry with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Regarding the bedrooms, the house offers three twin bed rooms with a fan each one. There is a room on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor. A cot and a high chair are available if you are travelling with a baby.. Two bathrooms, one with a tub on the ground floor, and the other with a shower on the first floor, complete the equipment. None of the bedrooms has a wardrobe, but there are hangers.

This villa is located in a very beautiful environment, close to Sierra de Tramuntana and only 1.5 km away from Lloseta. This is a typical Majorcan village with narrow streets and natural stone facades. We recommend you to taste the Cardenal, the traditional Lloseta dessert that you can buy in each bakery. in the city of Inca, a few minutes away by car, you will find big supermarkets, lots of shops and restaurants. The nearest beach is in Puerto de Alcudia and it is a golden sandy beach.
