Welcome to this beautiful country villa in Santanyi. It accommodates 6 people + 1 extra.
The exterior areas are very nice, it has a large terrace, a salt water pool of 12 x 3.5 m with a depth ranging from 1.10 to 1.7 m, an outside shower, a fully equipped porch, barbecue and beautiful countryside views.

The house of 200m2 is distributed over two floors, and it has many rustic elements. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor; two with double bed and one with two single beds. Two of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with shower. The extra place can be accomodated in a single sofa bed. One cot and a highchair are available on request. In addition to en suite bathrooms, there is another bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor.

The cozy living room is equipped with a sofa, a TV Sat and a coffee table. The dining room features a large table and chairs in manor style. The independent kitchen with induction, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also avialable. There is oil central heating throughout the whole house.

The house is situated just 1 km from Santanyí, where you can find everything you might need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. By car you can reach in 15 minutes different white sandy beaches as Es Trenc, or Colonia de Sant Jordi. Also within a few km you will find many beautiful crystal clear coves, etc. Visit the Mondragó Natural Park in Santanyó, where you can make beautiful excursions. Less than 10 km away you will reach Cala d'Or with its lively nightlife and wide range of leisure activities. The capitall city, Palma de Mallorca, is about 50 minutes away.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
