Surrounded by a small romantic forest you will discover the beauty and comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience.
This cozy, one-storey villa with a size of 70m2 counts with 2 bedrooms; ideal for couples with children or small groups of friends. One of the bedrooms is fitted with a double bed; the second one is equipped with 2 single beds. There is 1 bathroom with shower cabin (walk in shower).
The house has no garden with lawn; there is a natural garden area with trees and a spacious terrace (approx. 110 m2), a table and seats. The chlorine pool with a size of 6 meters x 5 meters is the perfect place for all the sun lovers of you. The pool is a real jewel and is integrated perfectly into the scenery. There are 4 sun loungers and one sunshade. The pool area, the terrace and the whole plot lie romantic surrounded by a small forest; which means that it is a very quiet and private place. There are also animals near the villa and “Miquelet” the friendly donkey welcomes all of his guests.
There are 2 entrances from the terrace to the house, one to the kitchen and the second one to the living area, which is equipped with a cozy sofa, a dining table with 6 chairs and satellite TV. The open-plan kitchen counts with everything you will need for your holidays: a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge, a pantry and much more. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. For the winter season, the house counts with central heating. Pets are on request, please ask before! The bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan each and there is an additional standing fan.
The nearest sandy beach, Puerto de Pollença, is about 19 km from the house. It is a fine sandy beach, which slopes gently into the sea. The surrounding mountains offer a beautiful contrast to the sea. Puerto de Pollença has a harbour where you can see everything from luxurious yachts to colourful little fishing boats. The harbour promenade is particularly beautiful, has a wide range of restaurants and invites you to linger.
In about 20 minutes by car you can reach the town of Pollença, which used to be popular with painters and artists. This influence can still be felt today and gives the town a unique flair. During the summer months, there is always something going on in Pollença and you can visit art exhibitions, concerts or festivals. In the charming main square, you can have a bite to eat in one of the many bars and restaurants and watch the lively hustle and bustle. Don't forget to visit the Romanesque Bridge as well as the small church of the "Calvari" hill. You reach this church by climbing 365 steps; however, the effort is rewarded with magnificent views over the town and the surrounding countryside. Sunday is market day in Pollença. At the market you have the opportunity to buy fresh food from the region as well as handmade products from the locals.

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes, herrlich rustikales Steinhäuschen mit allem was man braucht. Mitten in Nirgendwo. Herrlich zum Abschalten vom Alltag da auch kaum Handyempfang im Bergtal. Die Landschaft und der in die Felsen eingebettete Pool sind genial! Auch den Kindern (9+18) gefiel es sehr. Die Fotos auf der Seite sollten mal auf den neusten Stand gebracht werden um dem Eindruck gerecht zu werden.außer einem weiteren Schneidebrett hat uns nichts gefehlt!
A lovingly furnished, wonderfully rustic stone house with everything you need. In the middle of nowhere. Great for switching off from everyday life as there is hardly any cell phone reception in the mountain valley. The landscape and the pool embedded in the rocks are awesome! The children (9+18) also really liked it. The photos on the site should be updated to do justice to the impression. Apart from another cutting board, we didn't miss anything!

See more Ambiente rustico, sembra di essere in una Baita, la piscina nelle rocce è unica anche se non proprio adatta a bambini piccoli, per noi che eravamo due coppie adulte è stato tutto perfetto, la consiglierei......si per una vacanza caratteristica e ruspante, no per chi cerca i confort da 5 stelle o per chi non ama l'isolamento. Letti molto comodi.Sono dettagli, ma serve un nuovo retino per pulire la piscina anche se il Manutentore Miguel è venuto a verificare e pulire la piscina ben due volte in una settimana (ottimo e efficiente), casa molto isolata nel mezzo della macchia mediterranea, tantissimi gatti selvatici che sono simpatici ma molto affamati.
Rustic environment, it seems to be in a cabin, the swimming pool in the rocks is unique even if not really suitable for small children, for us who were two adult couples everything was perfect, I would recommend it......yes for a characteristic holiday and free-range, not for those looking for 5-star comforts or for those who don't like isolation. Very comfortable beds. These are details, but a new net is needed to clean the pool even if the maintenance man Miguel came to check and clean the pool twice in a week (excellent and efficient), very isolated house in the middle of the Mediterranean scrub, lots of wild cats that they are nice but very hungry.
See more Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, es ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Abends hört man die Glocken der Schafe, die direkt nebenan grasen. Ab und zu schauen streunende Katzen vorbei. Ein Mietauto ist notwendig, Homerti bietet aber einen tollen Service hierzu an. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!
The house has a great location, it is very quiet and idyllic. In the evening you can hear the bells of the sheep grazing right next door. Stray cats stop by every now and then. A rental car is necessary, but Homerti offers a great service for this. We had a great time!

This cute cottage in the woods offers plenty of quiet and calm. It’s located in a beautiful serene valley at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and relax. This is also due to the fact that there’s no WiFi and practically no mobile reception on the entire property. Being surrounded by nature you will be woken by the song of birds, bleating sheep and cats. In the colder months we would definitely recommend paying extra for heating, as it does get very cold at night in the old and dark stone house.

Super einsame Unterkunft, fast schon etwas versteckt. Schönes Gelände, der Pool sehr natürlich und sauber. Sehr diskrete Gastgeber und auch der "Poolman" kam immer zu Zeiten wo er niemanden störte.

See more Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist wie beschrieben, sehr versteckt. Wir lieben das Alleinsein, aber das war uns Zuviel des Guten. Das Ferienhaus war sauber, die Ausstattung lies zu wünschen übrig. Wie einer der vorherigen Gäste bereits vor Monaten beanstandete, ist der Wasserkocher, sowie der Toaster kaputt. Bei der Spüle läuft in einem Becken das Wasser sehr langsam weg, kommt allerdings verschmutzt im zweiten Becken wieder raus. Leider konnten wir dies mit den Vermietern nicht besprechen, weil wir niemanden zu Gesicht bekamen. Das war in unseren Augen das größte Manko. Kein Willkommen, keine Einweisung...... Wir waren bereits zum 4 mal in Fincas untergebracht, aber jedes mal lernten wir die Vermieter kennen. Diese freuten sich, weil wir begeistert waren von ihrem Haus, und wir freuten uns über ein paar Informationen.Der Pool ist wunderschön, doch leider stark verschmutzt, da der Wind von rundum Blätter und sonstiges rein weht. Wir säuberten ihn täglich ungefähr 10 mal mit einem vorhandenen Netz.
The location of the holiday home is as described, very hidden. We love being alone, but that was too much for us. The holiday home was clean, the furnishings left a lot to be desired. As one of the previous guests complained months ago, the kettle and the toaster are broken. In the sink, the water runs out very slowly in one basin, but comes out dirty in the second basin. Unfortunately we couldn't discuss this with the landlords because we didn't see anyone. In our opinion, that was the biggest shortcoming. No welcome, no instructions... We have stayed in fincas four times already, but each time we got to know the landlords. They were happy because we were excited about their house and we were happy to get some information. The pool is beautiful, but unfortunately very dirty because the wind blows leaves and other things in from all around. We cleaned it about 10 times a day using an existing net.
See more Die Finca ist ein absoluter Traum. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und abgelegen in der Nähe von Campanet. Ideal, um einen entspannten Familienurlaub zu genießen. Es ist noch schöner, als auf den Fotos. Und schon im Vorfeld verlief die Buchung und Reisevorbereitung ideal. Ein extrem schnelles Feedback auf Fragen und auch unsere Sonderwünsche (Kindersitz und Babybett) wurden sofort erfüllt. Besser geht es nicht. Das wird hoffentlich nicht unser letzter Urlaub dort gewesen sein.
The finca is an absolute dream. The house is very quiet and secluded near Campanet. Ideal for enjoying a relaxing family holiday. It's even more beautiful than in the photos. And the booking and travel preparation went perfectly in advance. Extremely quick feedback on questions and our special requests (child seat and baby bed) were immediately fulfilled. It doesn't get any better. Hopefully this won't be our last vacation there.
