Beautiful country house near Es Mercadal. It has a private swimming pool and capacity for 3 people.
This beautiful country house is ideal for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet. In its bucolic exteriors, surrounded by fruit trees, you will find a 9x3m chlorine swimming pool with a depth of between 1.40m and 1.80m, perfect for cooling off. Next to it, 4 comfortable sun loungers will allow you to relax in the sun. On the porch, which has a barbecue, you will be able to prepare and enjoy pleasant family meals. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

The interior of the house, divided into two floors, offers everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. The ground floor presents an open space where you will find the kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob and equipped so that you can cook all kinds of dishes, the dining room and a living room with fireplace and TV. On the first floor, which you can access through a staircase, you will find 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, both with fan. On the same floor is the bathroom, which has a bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a highchair and a cot.

The property is close to several areas of interest. The magical village of Es Mercadal is only a few kilometres away. Located in the heart of the island, it preserves all the Menorcan essence and is perfect for strolling among its white buildings and enjoying the best restaurants to delight yourself with typical dishes. If you would like to learn a little more about Menorcan culture, you can visit El Toro, where you can enjoy panoramic views of Menorca. Finally, we recommend you to visit the Macar de Sa Llosa Natural Park, which offers an incomparable maritime landscape and where you can enjoy the Mediterranean in all its magnificence.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce cadre magnifique et reposant. La piscine et le jardin qui l’entoure est vraiment incroyable. La maison est fonctionnel et on s’y sent bien. Très belle location à la campagne loin du bruit.

We had an excellent stay in this magnificent and relaxing setting. The swimming pool and the garden surrounding it are truly incredible. The house is functional and we feel good there. Very nice rental in the countryside far from the noise.

Die Casa Dina war perfekt für uns zwei, wenn man so wie wir die Ruhe sucht.Sie liegt in wunderschöner Natur - muy tranquillo - man hört nichts außer Vögel und Schafe - einfach herrlich. Abseits vom Tourismus, genau das haben wir so genossen und mit dem Auto ist alles in Kürze erreichbar. Besonderes liebevoll eingerichtet alles da, was man braucht und der Pool war wunderbar.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühltDie Abwicklung mit Vacalia.com hat auch hervorragend geklappt, vielen Dank.Empfehlen wir gern weiter!

Casa Dina was perfect for the two of us if you're looking for peace and quiet like we were. It is located in beautiful nature - muy tranquillo - you don't hear anything except birds and sheep - simply wonderful. Away from tourism, that's exactly what we enjoyed and everything is within easy reach by car. Specially lovingly furnished everything you need and the pool was wonderful. We felt very comfortable The transaction with Vacalia.com also worked excellently, thank you very much. We are happy to recommend it!

We just had a lovely week at the house. It’s in such a beautiful location and so quiet. We just loved listening to the birds and watching the Kites. Planning to return next year for another week. It is quite simple and rustic inside and the mattresses were quite firm but it’s the location that really stands out. Beautiful flowers in the garden too. In a word, peaceful.

Une très jolie maison au milieu des vergersMaison agréable, bien équipée, un grand lit et un petit lit dans deux chambres séparées, une très grande pièce commune, un cadre magnifique, on est au milieu des vergers. Belle piscine, propre. Un joli jardin bien entretenu. Bref un endroit parfait au centre de l’île

This villa is perfect for a rural stay. We had a couple of wet days and found the villa a little cold for that atypical weather and maybe an electric heater would be helpful for early and late bookings but overall fantastic and just what we wanted. Hope to stay again.

Un lugar muy tranquilo y bello. Con las comodidades y servicios necesarios para sentirse bien confortable. Todo muy limpio. Con el coche se accede rápidamente a muchos lugares preciosos de la isla.
