The single-storey house with a size of 250 m2 and 3 bedrooms offers the perfect place for quiet and private holidays with the whole family or friends. All of the bedrooms are spacious, two of them are fitted with 2 single beds and the third one counts with a double bed. Two bedrooms count with a bathroom en suite. In total, there are 3 bathrooms, two with a shower cabin and one with a bath tub.

The plot is fenced and counts with a garden area with lawn of approx. 200 m2 and a spacious terrace with a size of 100 m2. For your garden parties there is a mobile BBQ, a huge table and seats. Take a refreshing dip in the private pool or refresh yourself taking a shower outside. The chlorine swimming pool has a size of 8 meters x 5 meters. Are you a sun lover? Sure you will enjoy sunbathing by the pool on one of the 4 sun loungers. Furthermore, there is 1 sun shade available.

The idyllic front porches offer entry to the ample living / dining area which is equipped with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and a wooden dining table. WIFI is available in the whole building (there is a code for the WIFI – please check the router). The open-plan kitchen made of bright wood counts with everything you will need for your holidays: a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, induction stove, a fridge and much more. Of course there is also a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board. Pets are on request – please ask before!

The next supermarket, restaurants and cafes are situated in Manacor, only 10 minutes driving by car from the house. The next, very nice sand beach is called “Cala Mandia”, about 17 kilometres from the villa. Furthermore a visit of “Cala Barques” is recommendable, but you would have to walk a bit to get there. Also the beaches of Cala Ratjada are worth visiting, for example Cala Mesquida, the natural bay Cala Torta, Cala Millor and Cala Bona. The last 2 ones are especially during the high season very full but count with a good infrastructure, restaurants, bars and shops. Cala Torta is a small natural bay with only 1 fish restaurant there. In Manacor you will find the pearl factory of “Majorica” where you could buy beautiful jewellery. About 19 kilometres from the house, you will find the “Coves del Drach”, the most famous caves of the island. Its stalagmites and stalactites that have been formed over the years and the submarine lake are really spectacular.
