The exteriors of the house are very beautiful and genuine at the same time. You can grill meat on the barbecue, swim in the pool or sunbathe in the hammocks. The terrace is furnished with a garden table and 6 chairs, a perfect place to dine on summer nights. The area around the pool has 6 hammocks. The pool, 4x8 meters, and 1.3 to 2.2 meters deep is chlorine and totally private. The 550 m2 plot also has a 60 m2 lawn area and is fully fenced.

The villa has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, as well as rustic details that make a difference. In the large living room you can enjoy reading a good book on the large sofa, watching satellite TV or taking a refreshing nap, as the living room also has air conditioning. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and features a characterful wooden table and chairs for 6 people. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to cook during your holidays and has a ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The two-story house has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed (both on the first floor). The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and has two single beds. One of the bedrooms on the first floor has a private terrace. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have built in wardrobes. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower, on the ground floor, and the other with a spa bath, on the first floor.

The house is located just 15.3 km from Manacor where you will find everything you may need during your stay: supermarket, hospital, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The house is only 350 meters from the beach of Cala Anguila, a charming cove where you will find hammocks and umbrellas and a beach bar. Cala Mandia is also very close, as it is only 1.3 km from the house. In just 10 minutes driving you will reach the beaches of Porto Cristo where there is a very lively promenade. In the area you will find several restaurants serving typical Spanish and Mallorcan food, a recommended dish is paella, very typical of the Mediterranean coastal areas.
