Welcome to this stylish house for 9-10 guests in the residential area of Vinyola, Sa Rapita, in the south of Mallorca.
The house features a 6x4 m, chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.1 to 1.9m, surrounded by an artificial lawn area, a furnished porch and a BBQ.

This 299 m2 house is distributed over 2 floors and it is equipped with ducted AC throughout the whole accommodation. It has a beautiful living- dining kitchen room. The living comes with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and satellite TV for your moments of relax. The dining area offers a large table and chairs. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob and a high chair, features all kitchenware to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There are 5 bedrooms. One of the is on the ground floor, with a double bed and space for cot, an en-suite shower bathroom and direct access to the garden. The other 4 bedrooms are upstairs. Two of them come with a double bed and an en-suit tub bathroom each one. The third has two twin beds and the last one features a trundle bed. There also are two shower bathrooms for the rest of the accommodation, one on each floor.

Sa rapita is located in a coastal spot of singular beauty. Its bay accommodates three of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca: Es Trenc, Ses Covetes and Sa Rapita, as well as the coves around Colonia de Sant Jordi. It belongs to the municipality of Campos and it is located about 37 km away from the airport of Palma de Mallorca. You will find supermarkets and restaurants in Campos and Sa Rapita. The traditional street market in Campos takes place on Saturdays and here you can buy local fruits and vegetables. The town of Colonia de Sant Jordi is 17 km away from the house and here you can take a nice walk, relax in the beach or enjoy a boat trip to the island of Cabrera. This little island is famous thanks to a great variety of lizards.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
