In that area you have access to 4 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas to protect yourself from the sun during the hottest days. The area where the fix barbecue is located is ideal because you can also enjoy cooking outdoors and, at the same time, it is located just below a fantastic pergola under which you can enjoy creating culinary masterpieces. The 12m2 furnished porch of the property is fantastic. It is fully glazed and the windows can be fully opened to enjoy it in both during the summer and winter times. The property’s privacy is partial and has outdoor parking for 1 vehicle.

The home’s living room with wood heater is the ideal place to relax watching satellite TV, a DVD movie or listening to music. The furnished dining room is located in the same area and there you can enjoy fantastic after-eating talks with family and friends. The kitchen is opened to the living room area and it has everything you need to cook up a feast, including ceramic. The laundry area of the house is located in a separate room and has 1 washer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. As a whole, there are 3 bedrooms in this house. 2 of them have 2 single beds and another 1 double bed. These 3 rooms have air conditioning and closets. All bedrooms have wardrobes and you have access to 1 crib, in case you need it. Regarding the bathrooms, there are 2 on the property, both complete with 1 shower and 1 in suite. As a whole, this house offers air conditioning in 3 rooms, 2 fans (one of them is in the ceiling), central heating, and 2 heaters for colder months.

Pedreguer is a town with many things to discover, situated close to the sea and the mountains. This is a modern town in the Marina Alta with a heritage that can be visited. You will also enjoy its friendly inhabitants, the beauty of the landscape and the wealth of their land. There are hundreds of associations, sports and social and cultural events: music, theater, dance, and entities that have a wide and varied range of activities that complement the places that the city offers. In addition, the house is near the main local road, which facilitates communication and allows you to move wherever you want. With regard to sports, for mountain lovers, nature tours are available in the Montgo Natural Park, which offers plenty of farm buildings, houses, fountains, diverse flora and an important fauna. Likewise, Pedreguer is 7 minutes from Denia, where there is a wonderful sandy beach. There, you can practice sports such as diving, sailing and para-sailing. If what you like is to play tennis or golf you have the La Sella golf course only 7km away. It is highly recommended to visit the huge and varied flea market which takes place every Sunday of the year.
