In the quiet coastal area of Montferrutx, next to Colonia de Sant Pere, we welcome you to this fantastic 6-8 guests villa with pool.
Would you like to enjoy of some sun beams and beach? This house is just about 800 meters away from the sea so you just have to get up, have a lovely breakfast on the porch, get some towels, something to snack, take a nice walk until you reach the shore and swim! If you prefer fresh water, you have an extraordinary private chlorine pool, sizing 9 x 4 metres and with a 0.50 to 1.60 metres depth you can enjoy, surrounded by a large space where you can place four sunbeds or sit down to have a vermouth in the open air. Your appetisers or meals prepared in the barbecue will acquire an exceptional flavour by squeezing a freshly picked lemon from the tree.

With two floors, this house has an extra big living room with two sofas where you can relax while staring at the views accompanied by air conditioning and TV-SAT. After passing the arch, you will get to the dining room, where you can dine with your family. This leads, at the same time, to the kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, a table with chairs and direct access to the garden. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board available for your use. A bathroom with shower completes this main floor. Up the stairs there is a second bathroom with bathtub and the four bedrooms, three of them with a wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and access to a balcony, and one has air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. One bedroom comes with two single beds and the last one, with a bed and pull-out bed, study or work area. This room is for the two extra people. If you travel with infants, we can provide a cot and a high chair without any extra charge.

The residential area of Montferrutx is located just 800m from the center of Colonia de Sant Pere, a very familiar seaside town with some bars and restaurants where they serve good fresh fish and a lot of history. Its promenade is ideal for long walks watching the sun set behind the mountains. Nearby there are interesting and beautiful places, easily accessible by car, such as the beach of Sa Cánova, the cala of Betlem or the necropolis of Son Real. We recommend you visit Port d’Alcudia if you are looking for more entertainment.
