This is a modern villa with private pool in Can Picafort, in the north of Mallorca and can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
This Mediterranean-Style house has a private, 8m x 4m salt water pool with a depth between 0.6m and 2m. A wooden terrace is an idyllic spot for basking in the sun (four loungers). An exterior shower and a BBQ complete the exteriors. The poolside-porch is great for al fresco dining and another porch at the entrance invites for a romantic get-together. This modern house is fenced and it has direct neighbours.

The Mediterranean decoration with bright colours will make you feel like home from the first moment. The bright sitting room has access to the porch and is equipped with satellite-TV. A modern and fully equipped kitchen will make cooking very easy, including a gas hob, a washer, an iron and an ironing board. There's one bedroom with two twin beds and a shower bath on the ground floor.

The first floor offers two bedrooms with two twin beds and one with a double bed. Two of the bedrooms have access to a non-furnished terrace and one of them provides a bath en-suite with shower and bath tub. Additionally, there's a shower bath on the upper floor. A baby cot and high chair can be supplied on request. This fabulous house has A/C and central heating in the whole establishment.

Situated in Son Bauló, a quiet zone of Can Picafort, this lovely villa is just a few minutes' walking from the sand beach. There you can rent loungers and parasols or have a drink in the beach bars. The sea promenade guides you to the town centre, which is very lively during the summer and offers all necessary amenities for an independent stay like bars, playgrounds, shops and restaurants. A boat trip to Formentor, the most northern part of Mallorca, is an unforgettable experience. By car, bus or bicycle you can reach many nice beaches like Casetes des Capellans, Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcúdia or Son Serra de Marina.

This holiday cannot accept customers under 20 years, except in cases where travelling with their parents. We need copies of the ID of each person to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
